Long story short, the sales lady was so kind, but… told us that there was a much larger weight limit on the chair then their actually is. Just be aware and do your own research! We felt lied to. It is too late for any compensation so I’m just putting this review out there as a warning.

Purchased the Roman sofa, the head cushion was so overstuffed making sitting position so uncomfortable. Replaced this sofa with the Maddox , which makes you feel like your sliding off seat cushion! The designers need to go back to school! The corpus manager nor the San Antonio regional manager were interested in making things right. Now I'm stuck with a sofa I hate. Expected more from a store that used to have a great reputation. Makes me happy to drive by the store to see an empty parking lot! What comes around goes around!

My wife and I looked at others...we ended up purchasing two recliners and a couch...she the asked Jorge the store manager to help us with the purchase...Jorge worked with us and provided us with a wonderful experience and a great DEAL ...Thank You Gloria, Bob and Jorge.
