- DWDustin WheelerJul 5, 20251.0I brought my mower to them to fix the plastic components that have broken off (ie- side door and skirt at the back). Took them nearly a month to look at it, then I get a call saying that it is not running and I need a new carburetor. Then they said the mechanic will get back in about a week. He calls and tells me he cant get it running. That i should just think about getting a new mower because it would cost me the same to get a new mower. Fast forward several weeks, I get my mower back. The lady tells me, yea I got your mower working. It just needed to run a little. So if I wanted to get the plastic pieces fixed i can call them and they will fix it. THE WHOLE REASON I GAVE IT TO THEM WAS TO FIX THE PLATIC PIECES. So after $60 and over 2 months of them having it. It is still not fix and I'm back to square one. Will not use this company again nor do I recommend them.
