My husband always took care of the “repairs and services” within the home. I lost him last week right before needing repairs on my riding mower. It wasn’t a repair Aaron’s normally did, but they came to my rescue anyways. Being a single mom, full time job, full time student it was just another stress added to me and Aaron’s took it away for me. It’s really the small things and the right service guys. That small thing made me cry cause it was just a relief and a weight lifted off my shoulders. I had to step inside for a bit so they didn’t see me cry and I don’t think they realize how grateful I am.

This location is horrible they treated me like I’m not a valuable customer I have used Aaron’s on multiple occasions I got my kids a ps4, kitchen table set, bedroom furniture. The ps4 and table set was paid off I called in to make a final payment on my table set which was $154.14 the manager that’s working at the store now took my payment come to find out he overcharged me for $247.14 I called about the overcharge he continued to say that the payment was 154.14 that was authorized my bank account shows $247.14 after going back and forward about payment I finally went to the store to show the manager of the overcharge he finally showed me my account nowhere on my account showed the $247.14 he told me they would refund me I never received the $92.00 payment that’s owed to me now they want me to make a payment again but my account is up to standards with the overcharge I would keep an eye on your accounts and payments once made because they are taking more money than they are suppose to and covering it up I’m very upset it has been two weeks still no refund manager Aaron is his name employees stealing from your customers

I recently moved here so I had to get some appliances. I picked a Refrigerator and washer/dryer set. I knew the fridge had some dents in it, so I assumed it was used and returned. I was told the items would be delivered before 3pm, but they were not. I was told they knocked but I never received a call until later. They came back later for the drop off and damaged my doorway on the way in, I will admit he told me about it and asked if we wanted someone to paint over it. When he installed the dryer it was making a loud noise (at this point I’m realizing they probably weren’t new) the guy said he didn’t know if it was safe to use. We set up an appointment for someone to check it out. In the meantime, I open my fridge and see dead roaches all in it. When the man arrives at my house 3 days later to fix the dryer he says that Aaron’s had me down as self pay so he had to come back once the mistake was corrected. I called Aaron’s and was told that the manager stepped out and would call me back. I never received a call back. So, all in all in less than about a week of having the items I told them to come and pick their items back up and took my business elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. Not all applicants are approved.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
