- JSJoe SeftonSep 21, 20241.0This storage unit is 2 minutes from my house - that’s the only positive. Ownership changed and they installed a new gate that didn’t work right away. They raised rates 15% and my unit has had it locked cut 3 times. Each time they have no idea what happened and barely apologize. Never offer discount or refund for these issues. My unit was half open one time. It’s not a safe nor secure area to store stuff fortunately my business inventory doesn’t have a ton of value. I wouldn’t store anything of value here
