The previous owner did not leave any owner manuals on how to work the salt water system. I called Jackson with all the information from the previous owner but was told “You just have to look it up on the internet.” So that’s when I decided to go to the Union City store. Wendy and the other girl (I don’t remember her name) were more than willing to help me out. They recognized what I wanted from a picture I took of his system, they got on the internet for me and printed what I needed! I will never go anywhere else for our pool needs. We will even have UC service the pool in Jackson! Thank you soo much for your help!! I’m sure you will be hearing from me again soon!!
