The business took the damaged product back and said they would make a new one. Five months later, they still have not delivered the sofa and are unable to give a concrete update on when they will deliver it. I’m extremely concerned that I will never get the sofa I paid thousands of dollars for or get my money back. I’ve emailed the store staff many times about the matter and spoken on the phone with them and still don’t have any sense for when they will be getting me the product I paid for almost 7 months ago. One of the main reasons I gave this store my business in the first place was that I thought a smaller more luxury brand would provide better costumer service and quality than a big box store, but I have been extremely disappointed in their lack of clear communication, quality of product, and ability to deliver furniture in the time frame they advertise.
