Repeated emails & calls from me, with no call back, no apparent care for the customer, in fact it appears that i have been more of an irritant to them. The management team shows no respect for their customers. Believe the other reviewers, stay away, you will be treated horribly, and likely wait over a year for the product, when 3 months was stated. I am still waiting for some items to be delivered, one year later!

- EFErica Ann FioriJun 28, 20201.0I went in to the store with a friend in town who was excited to shop there. They required us to wear a mask which we were annoyed with but did. They then asked us for information which we didn't want to do but did. And then our mask apparently weren't high enough above our nose and so they asked us to pull it up. At that point in time, we didn't fight with them, we just simply didn't want to do it because my friend has respiratory issues. So we just said we would leave. The Manager (who did not disclose her name), awkwardly walked us out and then the lady in a super snarky tone said "you know it is mandatory all over the city" and smirked at us and a very rude way. if she was actually trying to be kind and just let us know, that would be one thing, but her tone was just very clearly to prove a point because she was offended that we didn't want to wear a mask in her store. I would never give this place a cent of my money nor bring any of my friends here again. The comments were unnecessary and we were leaving peacefully. A very mean "girl vibes" and incredibly unprofessional.
