Worst place I’ve ever deal with in my life. I have been three days trying to get them to pick up furniture and they keep making these calls. They come in, but they never show up. I am so tired of Aaron. I will never never deal with y’all again because when my bill was due, I made sure it was paid. This is the worst company I’ve ever deal with now they close on Saturdays. I am so tired of this now I got a hold of people and let them know. They cannot bring out my new furniture that I just bought Eric pick up things. I will never deal with y’all again and I will never never tell anyone to come to Have a great and blessed day

Customer service is terrible. I would never recommend anyone I know to come to the Nolensville Rd location in Nashville. If I could I’d give zero stars. Desire doesn’t know how to talk to customers in a respectable manner. She doesn’t know how to listen without talking over the customer. Very negative attitude. I’m not even sure why she’s working with the general public, she doesn’t have the personality for it. Definitely not a people’s person. Very rude. Not a good look for this business.

I was always a week or 2 early for payments. I was 1day late and they called all day. I answered when I got off work and they stated rudely they couldn't wait for payment. I told them to come get it. Then manager tried to tell me how the CSR spoke to me was a misunderstanding. Go somewhere else.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
