Our fireplace was going out every time our gas heat kicked on and it turned out we just needed a service to our log set and system so that our pilot light functioned fully as to not trigger a shut down. They ended up being able to come two hours earlier than scheduled, got the work done in less than 30 min, tested the logs with my gas heat, and tested for gas leaks and carbon monoxide. Both men were kind, professional, and wore shoe covers to protect my home. They also gave me tips on maintaining my gas fireplace year to year. I will DEFINITELY be calling them for yearly service.
