They kept us on a call list, and we were able to bump up our appointment by a few days. Shane serviced our fireplace and was so kind, courteous, and professional. He even educated us on what to look for/do in order to keep our fireplace running efficiently. Overall, very pleased as a first time customer. Would absolutely do business with them again. (Ps.. I called around, and their prices are fair with competition).
