I recently started renting a washer/dryer. They messed up the installation on day one. They were supposed to come out the following day and didn’t call to set up a time until TWO days later. By this point, my maintenance guy had fixed what they didn’t understand 🤦🏼♀️ I have not had a single EZ payment come out successfully and rather than taking accountability, they blamed my bank and I. My bank has shown me that there is absolutely NO reason the payment should bounce back (my payment comes out on payday too so I definitely have the money..) I’ve dealt with LeeAnn multiple times now and she’s rude, snarky and I don’t trust her. On top of everything, none of my payments have been the same. My bill is supposed to be $60 every 2 weeks. It has ranged from that to $75… what other fees are they taking on?! The payment always comes out AFTER they hang up the phone. I’m about ready to just struggle without a washer and dryer over this crap. Their lack of customer service and respect is just not worth it… don’t get sucked into their nonsense

We had an awesome in store experience with Desiree.. however, whenever it came time to have our stuff delivered I cannot say we received the same amazing experience.
My friend and I reside at the same residence and had ordered a couch together (in her name) and a TV (in mine). The drivers first arrived at 12:33, per my ring camera footage — with no call, or notice of arrival. I was home but they left before I realized someone was at the door, I called and was told they were turning around.. however they did not arrive back at my house until around 5:00. This was not a big deal, but whenever they did finally arrive back at our address, the drivers made it well aware they were exhausted, and did not know if they should carry the couch up the stairs or use their dolly. (this is also on my doorbell camera).
They insisted on using the dolly, which they should NOT have because it made it impossible for them to get it up my stairs. The driver hit his head multiple times with the couch, and was using extreme profanity in front of my child.
Once they finally got the couch to the top of the stairs, they went to retrieve the love seat, I noticed there was paint on the couch and looked at the walls and noticed a large number of scratches. The love seat was tossed on the ground, in which resulted in a tear on the arm.
I immediately contacted the local office, of which Chris, I believe, answered the phone and told me to email pictures of what happened. I have yet to hear anything back from them… extremely disappointing

CHRIS at this location was the most unprofessional, inappropriate, and rudest person. We have been loyal customers with Aaron’s because we travel for work and why buy when you can rent while your renting? We have bought out right multiple items and have rented a few times! The delivery has always been fantastic, and customer service has been too notch. Until this location. Chris spoke poorly to me in multiple accounts but people have bad days so I gave him grace. However, He crossed multiple lines with my wife. My wife called and complained and requested the regional manager reach out to her. They did not the store manager called trying to salvage our business which resolved nothing. Aaron has forever lost our business

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
