I wouldn’t have minded waiting if someone had at least acknowledged me, but I felt invisible. Customer service is so important, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short of expectations.

We brought our 1 and 2 year old with us, and she was so lovely and patient with us while we tried navigating configuring/buying a sofa and trying to watch 2 small kids. Before going into the store, we were getting overwhelmed with all of the different options on the website, and she made the process so simple!
