    I came into this store to purchase a leather sectional for a rental property, fully aware that leather is a premium and costly option. Within a half hour, I returned to request a simple change to the fabric color. We all know it’s easier to make changes sooner rather than later for a large purchase.. such as a couch. While sitting at the front of the store, I could clearly hear both the manager and an employee in the back laughing, saying “Are you serious?” and making fun of me for changing my mind. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a business selling high-end furniture where thoughtful decision making should be expected. When I addressed the situation and explained that I had overheard their entire conversation and how uncomfortable it made me feel, I received no apology from either the manager or the employee. The lack of basic respect for me as a person and a paying customer was absolutely shocking.

    Dennis is fantastic! We moved from out of state and needed new furniture. He was very attentive and explained everything in detail. Amazing customer service!

    Kris is the coolest lady around, go there to hang with her. Also yeah go for the “love fluff” seat cushioning, it’s worth the $200 extra per seat

    Debi at the Providence Marketplace store was absolutely the best for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the LoveSac products and made us feel very excited about the product.
