After reading all these reviews talking about how rude & incompetent Steve & Melissa are, I’m just curious.. HOW DO THEY STILL HAVE JOBS??? They should have been fired a long time ago! Would never buy here. I’ve been using Aaron’s for all our houses needs for the last couple years. The one in Knoxville has absolutely been amazing. I needed a couch after we had moved & I wanted it through Middlesboro but for some reason it went to Morristown. The store manager Steve (Dodson?) called me one time. Left a short message & I never heard from him again. So the system showed I put the order in but didn’t show pending until the couch got to their store. I called 3 maybe 4 times over the period of two weeks. Steve was never in, never & I was always told to call back. Well one day I was fed up & I called & the sweet Melissa (?) decided today was her day. I said he’s there but is unavailable ?!?? In a raised tone. Anyone would be frustrated at this point & I had called customer service to complain & fix the issue prior to calling that store. She immediately said “we canceled your agreement” as soon as I told her I had already called customer service. Umm it’s your store that’s losing money. I’ve always been in good standing. So, I went to the middlesboro location & with in 10 mins I was done & couch was ordered. Multiple people telling me “I’m sorry, no one has had good stories from that location.” Now that I know that, I’ll make sure my friends & family stay away from the Morristown location. I hope they all change their tone because they’ll lose many customers. Smh

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
