We have been dealing with several warranty issues on a previous couch and they helped up tremendously in the replacement process despite all of the issues we kept running into and the limitations on the store's end due to closing soon. They were so kind, patient, and helpful with everything and made dealing with a bad situation not so horrible.

Anyone that made purchases from one of their Tennessee stores and opted for the Pure Care extended warranty will be getting screwed. When it’s time to get your credit for not using the warranty, you’ll have to either drive to another state or order online and pay shipping which will eat all or the majority of the refund / credit due you. I’m due my credit in 4 months and American Signature wouldn’t issue my credit early so we could use locally. This is a fine example of the true American Signature customer service you’ll experience. So, Buyer beware!!! I’m sure more stores will follow suit and be closing soon so I certainly wouldn’t recommend buying anything from American Signature Furniture or risk getting ripped off.

After having to push and pull to get anything, I ended up with $200 of the $275 I should have been adjusted. While something is better than nothing, I guess 2 stars is better than nothing.
