    I agree with all of these bad reviews. The manager Latoya is an awful woman. I have got nothing but attitude and being hung up on from her. You would think with all these bad reviews about her she wouldn't still be there. I also have a week to hear back from the regional manager. This is not how customer service should be.

    So the 1penny down thing is a complete LIE and Latoya the woman on duty at the rivergate pkwy Madison tn location is very unprofessional she told me (after looking up where you live are you sure you can fit the tv there and I now require a 2 month down payment )because basically it doesn’t look like I can afford the tv and my online stuff ment nothing I will be calling corporate

    Would give negatives stars if I could. RUN RUN AS FAST AWAY AS POSSIBLE the worst place to even attempt to think about using the manager is an awful human being in general incredibly rude will yell at you through the phone my husband works 16 plus hours a day and can’t be on his phone constantly and has has 6 missed calls in one day for a payment that’s due the day of or he got paid a day late and it’s a day late.     I wish I could give zero stars!! This place is a joke. The “manager” is rude and dismissive. I have an auto payment coming out of my account which I have proven over and over again. She keeps saying I didn’t pay. First of all, my washer broke in the first 2 weeks of having it. Fine, they came out and took it for repairs and gave me a loaner. I was very appreciative of the loaner, however, it was a major downgrade of what I was paying for. AND it smelled awful. I washed some white towels and they came out with black stains all over them. I called the so called manager and she was absolutely rude. Saying I should be grateful I have a washer. It took almost 2 months to get my original washer back. I have had to deal with corporate because this manager keeps saying I don’t pay. I have bank statements, records, that say otherwise. Now I got served with papers!!! They want to take legal action against me?!? Like I am proving every single week I pay it! I have emailed the corporate office for weeks and they even agree that I should not be harassed over this. This place is a JOKE!!! BIG UPDATE!! A Mr. Curtis Quetin called me pretty much right after this post was made. He played all nicey nice. Saying he was going to the store and fix all the problems. Now he is completely lying. He stated I came in and re signed a new contract with a new amount of a payment. Which I never did. I waited for days for him to call me which again he never did. I do not like lying. I do not like liars. This is company is horrible!!! LaToya the “store manager” states she has never spoken to me! Well its a good thing I record all calls from them for proof. These people are nothing but liars and gaslighters.
