The completed job looks great. Billy provided oversight for the project and was always easy to reach for any questions. The job was done quickly and the clean up very good. I would highly recommend Jim's Pools for new installation, liner replacement or pool upgrades.

- DCDaniel CookAug 17, 20255.0Jim and his team stepped in for us mid-summer last year when our pool liner had a leak beyond patching, which unfortunately was a hidden issue of the house just purchased that the previous owner was so gracious not to share or disclose. Jim’s Pools #1 goal was to get our family back in the pool that summer and they were 100% successful in making that happen. There were a couple of instances worthy of sharing publicly that further their superior and quality service that are just added benefits. First, after an initial check by his foreman of the underlayment, he was dissatisfied with the quality of the installed hand-laid material so he had all of it removed and reinstalled. A true focus on quality. Second and as seen in one of the photos, my 8yr-old son wanted to know how to install concrete when they were pouring the pad for the new equipment we purchased to switch from chlorine to salt. On one of the hottest days of the year, the Jim’s Pools team slowed their process down enough to guide my son in the finer arts of troweling concrete. Attention to customer service is not lost on Jim’s Pools. It is 100% needless to say, but I will anyway. In today’s world it is so difficult to find a professional contractor that simply does what they say they will do for the price they said they would do it for. But to also find one that cares about the quality of their install and stops long enough to be concerned about the people paying sometimes thousands of dollars for their work, well that just might be too much for a person to ask for.
