I was given the task to find a security provider for our warehouse so I reached out to multiple security companies in which Sentinel Fire and Security was one of them. I can't stress enough of how pleased I was with the prompt service I received. Austin came to our facility to conduct the walkthrough and within 24 hours I was provided with a quote for the work we discussed. While the other companies were looking to take advantage of the fact our company was a new start-up thinking we had unlimited cash to spend, Sentinel was able to provide a more realistic and cost effective quote. I was out of the office during the installation phase but once I returned to the office the team at Sentinel made a trip to my office to sit down with me and explain all the security features of our new system and also help me install the app on my phone. Overall I was very pleased with the entire process from the initial walkthrough, to installation, and finally the personal attention after everything was complete. I will continue to partner with Sentinel in all future security needs.
