  We bought a Wolf induction range at Quinn. We had no intention of buying a Wolf or investing so much ($10,000!) in an oven but my husband loves to cook and the salesperson did a good job in explaining how and why we would love it. However, after we ordered it, two months passed and we didn't hear from anyone. I called and was given an expected delivery date. That date came and went so I called again. Our oven had arrived without paperwork and no one checked it. If I hadn't had called we would still be waiting. Then it got worse. The oven was delivered but the delivery people didn't check to make sure it worked. My husband was struggling to get the oven up to temperature. It was supposed to be able to get to 550 but it didn't. After some investigation we discovered that one of the fans wasn't working. It was the week of Thanksgiving and we were having guests in from out of town. We were able to get by until a repairman could be scheduled. The repairman found that a screw was missing from the fan and he had to order the part. It would take 2 more weeks! We finally got the brand new oven fixed right before Christmas. We had contacted Wolf and our Quinn salesperson. No compensation was offered and barely even an apology. So if you're looking to blow 10 grand and get mediocre service and wait months for a functioning range then this is the place for you. Needless to say we won't be back.

  Communication after the sale was lousy. Also, they have no in house repairs. All 3rd party.

  Very disappointed in Quinns sales tactics, my wife looked at a stove priced for $849 with there salesman. She called back after checking to make sure it would fit perfectly in old stove location. Priced jumped to $1199 and salesman just told her it went off sale. Couldn't do anything about price. "Half a loaf, is better than no loaf at all"

  Do yourself a favor and buy from a store that services the product they sell. When you spend 10,000+ on a refrigerator that’s still under warranty they will not help you. You will just get ignored.
