We were told one day which my husband took off work to be here and nobody showed up and we weren't told the slide wasn't coming until the afternoon. We were also told there was nothing anyone could do because the driver was still 9 hours away, This whole delivery fiasco could have been avoided. What a mess. We were also asked to share freight charges with another slide order and it would put our slide at a week delay - its actually been a 2 week delay - so yet again we were lied to

We printed the instructions to find we were indeed missing the main column. We contacted them to send us the part. They sent us the main column for a different slide. We called back to get the correct part again and they supposedly shipped it out but when I checked the tracking on it several days later after not receiving the part it showed tracking was cancelled for the item. I have now spent 4 extra trips to the clients house, 2 times sending 3 guys to the job to install the slide. nearly a month has passed, and I still have the wrong part which now I have to take to a welder to cut down and fabricate it to fit. Such a huge headache. I do not recommend this company.
