    I would leave zero stars if I could. We went to the Brick store in Yorkton, sk. on December 26th to purchase a mattress for my friend. There was no handicap parking spot and all spots at the door said no parking. We had to park the van across the parking lot - which was filled with snow and hadn't been cleared. After getting my friend's wheelchair out of the van and trying to push her to the door, we had to assist her back out of her chair and walk her into the store. There was no ramp into the building, and snow hadn't been cleared at the door either and they do not have an automatic handicap door. Trying to maneuver her wheelchair through the store ended up being almost impossible as there was furniture blocking most of the aisles, and none of them were wide enough for a wheelchair to go through properly. I ended up having to move five or six different pieces of furniture out of the aisles to pass. Meanwhile, no staff came to assist us or ask us if we needed anything. There were six staff members (or staff and friends/family) around the counter chatting and on their phones, while their kids ran around playing in the aisles. We were told we could pick up the mattress on the 30th. It's January 3rd and my friend is at the store right now with a friend and their truck to pick up her mattress. They have been waiting around for quite some time already because they are JUST NOW unloading the truck. Horrible customer service. Awful store set up. Zero out of ten, would never shop there again. Will be telling friends and family to definitely pick another business to spend their money at.

    I recently got to work on purchasing a bedroom set with the assistant store manager Jennifer B. She was fantastic in helping me to find options that suited my needs and my budget. She was quick to show alternative stylings on her handy iPad and she was very straightforward and honest about the quality of some products versus others. We saved a ton of money dropping here during the end of year sale and I would highly recommend to anybody giving it a shot, but you gotta specifically ask for Jen if she's there. She's a sweet cute little charmer and she'll look after you with all of the best intents. They also deliver remotely which is fantastic. Beautiful furniture 10/10

    We changed our minds at the very last minute on a product but on a very span of time they were able to find something better than what we were looking for at a great price. Very happy with the experience.

    Terrible experience with brick. Bought a couch back in Aug, they delivered the incorrect product, and had no clue. After months of inquiry, finally they agreed for a return. They have lousy communication systems when it comes to delivery, so be careful and block off an entire day to deal with their miss communications only to get the incorrect product. The couch itself was terrible, not durable. Lesson to self : never buy anything from brick ever again.
