But at this location it's been nothing but staff that is very kind and Joe is amazing . He will help you whenever he can . I feel it be a real dumb move to let any of the staff go from this location. You have a good store with them . If it wasn't for the staff , I wouldn't keep renting from here .

I have never bought anything from you guys nor will I ever after I don't even what you guys do so i genuinely have no idea why this people were even at my house at all today but Cathy or Cassidy honestly I don't know .she is a way older lady. she was wearing a pink top today and a younger guy who repeatedly didn't go past the first gate (I have 2 gates to get into my yard btw) cathy just decided walked into my backyard. I have 2 dogs and Cathy you put them and your self in danger. I also have signage that You just completely disregarded. i have idea what kinda company just tell their employees to walk into strangers backyard and wearing a company uniform as well. This is generally disturbing and disgusting they allow this behavior. And Cathy you should just choose to use your head like your buddy .

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
