    The helpful service employee changed by dryer from pick up yo delivery last minute. They were very communicative. The over all experience was very pleasant. We like the dryer.

    I went in today determined to buy furniture and after browsing for a while, I finally found a sofa I absolutely loved. I made myself comfortable and waited about 25–30 minutes, but no one approached me, so I eventually had to flag someone down.Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The associate didn’t seem familiar with the product or the purchasing process and had to leave several times to speak with a supervisor, which I understood but made the process very slow. On top of that, the area was uncomfortably hot and the associate had a strong odour, which made me feel quite nauseous, so I kept my distance and just wanted to complete my purchase as quickly as possible.After all of this, I was told that nothing was available in stock and that delivery for the couch would take 27 days. By that point I was frustrated, not feeling well, and decided to leave and order online instead. I was ready to buy that day, but this experience really discouraged me, and I do not think I’ll be back.🤢

Brenda walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and even helped us apply for financing. Her knowledge and patience made the experience super stress-free 😊.     I have worked in retail for 30+ years and I know people make mistakes. The only real issue was we bought the chair in October I phoned December 9 because it was supposed to be here at the end of November and to my surprise they were delivering it on the 11th without even letting me know it was here…. Everything was good though I was able to get the time off work to come And be available for the delivery drivers which have been wonderful to deal with both times they did a delivery. And then I can’t remember if we got drop off and we set it up or drop off and they take all the packaging with them so maybe that could’ve been more clear when they dropped it off. Overall, though the experience was good, the sales person was awesome. We went in for a fridge and stove and left with a fridge, stove chair and couch. 🙂
