    Purchased a stove for my mother. Was told a delivery date and of course didn't arrive on time. She is a senior and had furniture moved as per the stores direction. Waited another 4 days to arrive. Was delivered damaged,so called to see about getting another one. Keep in mind, poor mother has gone almost a month without a stove. Manager said he'd have to order another one and would take a cpl weeks to get another one. Very frustrated at this point. After speaking with the manager it was agreed that I would just forget it and get a refund. So called the following day inquire about the refund because apparently the product had to be delivered back to the store before refund could be issued. Fair enough, though still not impressed. After going through the process was informed that the 90 dollar delivery fee was NON refundable. Like what!!?? It wasn't even taken off the truck. The manager said had I ordered another one (which was going to take another 2 weeks, providing there was no delays) that he would have waved THAT delivery. How nice! Yes I got my refund but NOT on the delivery.
