    We had to go in to buy a new range as our current one quit. We had an idea of what we were wanting it was just gonna come down to prices and availability. Susan was very helpful in making sure we got the best deals possibl for what we were wanting/needing. She didn't pressure us into anything and was very patient with us while we talked about what we wanted to do. We ended up getting a new range and upgrading our washer and dryer system also.

The excellent customer service, the information you provided about the sofa, the extra 5 year warranty available if we so chose (we did), and the unbeatable price, helped us make the decision to purchase not only the sofa (we chose the dark color) but also the matching chair!     We dropped by on Boxing Day to check out the mattresses. A very pleasant, knowledgeable staff member , by name of Susan, expertly guided us through all the options. No pressure! Endless patience. She explained all the options and had all the paperwork taken care of in no time. Will definitely check out The Brick again in future!

    Purchased a range, got it home was very damaged. Called back 40 mins after pick up was advised that nobody could address the issue for 48 hours initially ( picked up on Saturday) emailed pictures. Was advised we could use range in meantime until it was dealt with. Plugged in range started smoking ( verified it was NOT the new range burn-off ) Brought back to store, given store credit as we chose to possibly order a different model. Decided to go with the same model, ordered a new one. Got the email saying it was in store, returned to store to pick up and had the warehouse associate try and load the same one I returned previously ( hockey taped up box and all) then they looked stunned when I advised them this was the same stove that was returned. Went back inside and was notified that intact a new range had NOT even been ordered….issued full refund, went to ashdowns was in and out within 45 minutes with a new stove. Whole ordeal at the brick was 10 days without a range. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.
