bought a washer and dryer combo from them and the washer stopped working less than 2 years later. they tell you that you have to buy a warranty from a completely different company (Comerco) if you want more than the 1 year *Manufacturer* warranty. RONA DOES NOT PERSONALLY IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS SOLD IN THEIR STORE, EVEN MAJOR APPLIANCES, WILL WORK RELIABLY. The responsibility is offloaded to someone else. The paying customer with a RONA receipt is expected to do ALL the legwork. Contact the manufacturer. Contact Comerco.
"Shop in a store with a door", they tell you. Just order online as direct from the manufacturer as you can, is what my experience has taught me.

phones haven't "worked" for 2 weeks, and won't refund an order they put in months early. I am just going to put my company orders through Home Hardware, I guess a bonus for switching is Rona is owned by Americans.

Ordered cabinets which arrived from the factory damaged. Rona owns the company that manufactures them. Then when they sent the wrong door they told me I was wrong about the size of the door that I measured in our kitchen. Then their employee quit and I had to start all over again as they have no system to keep their teams up to date..

I had been in on Monday and repeatedly called asking if items had arrived yet that were supposed to be in since the 3rd. They all said no nor did they off to do a transfer which I had learnt from another another store in Regina which had 54 items. no employees bothered to offer this service to me. By the time I found out it was too late and I would’ve had to wait another week. I even talked to the customer service girl who called me back this morning and still said she didn’t know when they’d come. Horrible customer service and the seasonal manager just offered next week transfer since by the time I found out it was too late for this weeks truck. Employees don’t care or don’t know, which means managers are failing

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
