Everyone in Regina seems too busy or understaffed and I've had problems just getting help even after being asked if I need help. This location... Wow I walked in the door snow blowers were right there. I was looking for a minute and a lady offered to help me Tatiana maybe? She was super helpful and told me what she could about the blowers. I asked to have it assembled and delivered which I think she did the assembly. The blower came properly assembled and the fella that dropped it off was super friendly. Despite coming down the highway to Pense in the winter it came pretty clean was well loaded and everything was as it should be. Would highly recommend!

RONA DOES NOT PERSONALLY IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS SOLD IN THEIR STORE, EVEN MAJOR APPLIANCES, WILL WORK RELIABLY. The responsibility is offloaded to someone else. The paying customer with a RONA receipt is expected to do ALL the legwork. Contact the manufacturer. Contact Comerco. "Shop in a store with a door", they tell you. Just order online as direct from the manufacturer as you can, is what my experience has taught me.

Then when they sent the wrong door they told me I was wrong about the size of the door that I measured in our kitchen. Then their employee quit and I had to start all over again as they have no system to keep their teams up to date..
