What I didn’t like was the fact that during the set up of my account, I was asked to complete a survey. How can you accurately rate a service you haven’t even used yet? Pricing is my other area of contention. My price changed twice in the year I had my account. First by $80 3 months after I opened my account, then by another $22 which would have gone into effect next month. Thankfully, the items are now in a new home. Had I needed to store them longer, however, I would have found a new facility. I’d recommend. Just keep pricing in mind.
