- TRT. R.Sep 7, 20251.0I called and spoke to the owner on Wednesday. He said he would be able to give me a quote this week and provide service this Saturday. By Friday he had not come by my home to give me the quote for Saturday’s service. I texted him and he said he would probably not make it Friday to give the quote. I asked if he was still coming on Saturday. He never showed up to provide service on Saturday…Around 1:30 pm Saturday I texted to get an ETA, no response. I called the company’s other number no response. I called a second time and someone answered. He said he would check to see what was going on and call me back, no call back. I then screenshot the conversation showing where service was confirmed for Saturday. Some texted back and said he was doing stuff (his words) and would be over later. No one showed. I would not recommend this company.

Juan and his crew worked very hard in our yard for two days, but took their time and he always verified with me if that was what I wanted. They removed pine straw from the front and back of our home, covered the area with heavy industrial underlayment, I also watched them secure it, around my Palms by the pool they removed pine straw and added rock as well as to the 4 corners of my pergola. They cut my palms back and removed two Crepe Myrtle's that would have eventually started causing foundation problems as they grew larger. They also hauled off yard debris that we haven’t been able to haul off. Then they provided our home with your normal grass cutting, weed eating, edging, and blowing away debris. Juan and his crew did this job with care and happiness. Their work truly shows Mata Lawn Care Service has you in their best interest! Below are before and after pictures. Thank you Juan and your crew for a great job done.
