Our salesperson Stephanie was so experienced and knowledgeable, she suggested things we hadn't even thought of to help us come up with our dream laundry room. She listened to our ideas and delivered on it! We had gotten other quotes but none were knowledgeable about making our vision into a reality. I love our perfectly sized pullout shelf to make loading our laundry easy and the drawer underneath for basket storage! And Tailored Closets prices were also nearly half the cost of some of those other companies! The Tailored Closet communicated every step of the way and their installers showed up on time and were very polite, professional, and clean! We even had a minor hiccup to which Robin the owner quickly reached out and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and satisfied! I cannot recommend them enough as they really made our project seamless with their excellent customer service and knowledgeable team. We will definitely be doing more projects in the future with the Tailored Closet.
