I have been using AAA Window Cleaning for several years now and have been quite satisfied with how thoroughly blow off my roof, blow out the gutters, and blow down the downspouts. And they do a good job cleaning up all the debris afterwards.

Horrible experience:
1. They spilled water on a rug and left a stain about 1.5 feet in diameter. The rug is ruined. The owner, Scott, refused to take responsibility or compensate us for having to replace the rug.
The reason he gave was because he didn't want his insurance rates to increase. He even blamed me stating that it wouldn't have happened if I had told them not to spill water on anything. (Shouldn't that be understood?). He did agree to give us back what we paid for the window cleaning (but that didn't come close to covering the cost of the ruined rug). In order to get back the window cleaning fee, he made us write a letter stating that we wouldn't sue him for ruining our rug.
2. On top of that, the windows weren't even cleaned well. About 10% of them weren't touched. Many of the ones they did clean still have streaks and spots on them.
3. They didn't show up on our initial appointment date. We had to reschedule because of this. After looking at other reviews, it seems that is a recurring problem with their service.
Addendum:
I feel compelled to reply to the owner's response to my review:
1. ABSOLUTELY no one did a walk through with me after the job was done. The team left without asking for my input at all. So stating that a walk through was done is just a complete lie.
2. The owner claims that they offered to fix the rug. It is a sisal rug and water stains DO NOT come out of these rugs. He offered to have it recolored but admitted it may or may not work and it likely would be a different color that the original rug. I wasn't willing to risk completely changing the color of the rug.
3. Beware of the dishonesty of this business.

It was easy to schedule and appointment - they came just one week after I called the office. The two-man crew arrived exactly on time and they were courteous and efficient. They blew out all the gutters and checked all the downspouts, then proceeded to clean the windows inside and out and wash all the screens. When they were inside, they even took off their shoes to protect my floors. They did a great job and were done in just a little over 3 hours. My home is about 3500 sq ft and there are about 40 windows. The price was quite reasonable, given the amount of work they did. I am very pleased.

Decided to try another window cleaning service and picked AAA Window Solutions since they had previously put up shade film on our windows that were exposed to direct sun. Extremely satisfied with that job!!!
When Steve and Jose showed up to clean our windows we were pleasantly surprised! Steve had been one of the fellows that put in the Shading Film. These two guys worked so hard and did one of the best jobs we have had on our windows. We are so happy we plan on calling them again in 6 months. Their pricing is very competitive and they had a coupon for $30.00 off!! Call AAA Window Solutions, you won't be sorry!
