J’ai vraiment eu la meilleure équipe. En commençant par mon vendeur Daniel, mais qui est avant tout un conseiller. Il pose les bonnes questions et nous guide a faire le bon choix.
En terminant, l’équipe de livraison. Des hommes sympathiques et efficaces. Ils ont fait la livraison en un rien de temps mais en ce souciant de ne rien abimer.

Nous avons commandé l'ensemble de laveuse sécheuse ainsi que l'ensemble frigo et cuisinière . La laveuse fait un bruit tel qu'une souris quand la cuve tourne cest vraiment infernale. Après 3 semaines et demie à me faire garocher chez le manufacturier chez brick les courriels les photos les vidéos etc......Un technicien vient mais il trouve que la laveuse va bien sans attendre le cycle complet et repars en disant que tout est beau ......j'écris a Brick pour leur mentionner et on me dit : Communiquer avec le manufacturier. De plus le technicien nous dit de lire le manuel d'introduction comme si celui-ci avait un impact sur le bruit 🤦♀️ Même pas 1 mois pis le service est dla marde. Lundi l'appel à l'office jai assez donné de chance

Très bon service en magasin & très bon service en livraison . J’ai reçu le divans deux jours après l’achat & les livreurs ont été très gentils . Ils m’ont aidé à le déballer , le placer & le monter ! ( ils n’étaient pas obligé étant donné que c’était un démo )

Je donne 5 étoiles a toute l'équipe brick sauf un certain Éric qui a finaliser la vente et nous a dit (après qu'on ai payé bien sur) que ma mère de 88ans aurait son fauteuil un mois plus tard et sa table de salle a manger 2 mois plus tard ( elle ne la pas encore )dans son 3 1/2 pour sa nouvelle vie. Assez ordinaire de nous répondre qu'il ne peu plus rien faire et nous lui dire qu'on aurait choisit autre chose ou aller ailleurs pour ses article. Pas très emphatique de sa part mais il a eu sa cotisation pour la vente que Antoine Breton ( lui très sympathique ) avait tout préparé mais malheureusement n'étais pas présent la journée de la vente final.
Merci a toute le reste de l'équipe de brick (qui a trouver ca ordinaire eux aussi ) je suis désoler pour Antoine qu'il ai pas toute la commission.
Un fils qui ne dit jamais a sa mère qu'il ne peu plus rien faire.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online.
