Nous avons acheter un lit double, matelas et 2 oreillers pareils. Une des 2 oreillers est pas confortable, il semble y avoir un défaut dedans. Il ne veulent l'échanger. Je suis pris avec... service impeccable a l'achat mais aucun service a la clientèle.

Je prends un 2 minutes pour décrire mon expérience avec le magasin Brick de st-jerome.
Pour commencer, nous avons été servi par le conseiller en vente Ali B.
Très bon service, il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les produits et de bien répondre à nos questions.
Par la suite, pour le service de livraison, super service, rapide et efficace. Ils ont été très professionnel. Ils ont fait attention au mur et aux items que nous avons acheté. Le seul petit bémol, c' est qu' ils sont entré avec leurs bottes avec un peu de neige et de saletés. Mais sinon j'ai rien a dire , un service impeccable.
Je recommande vivement Brick pour vos achats de meubles et d'électroménager et autres.

Je met une étoile parce qu'on peut pas mettre zéro. Je met en photo la mise en demeure que j'ai dû envoyer pour pas que mes droits soient bafoué.
De plus lors du retour ils nous ont fait attendre alors que pas de client dans le magasin.
Si vous comptez offrir un cadeau de chez The Brick à quelqu'un, assurez-vous vous que la personne le déballé dans les 48h et que tout soit conforme pour l'utilisation sans quoi il faudra effectuer une mise en demeure officielle pour faire valoir ce que de droit.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online.
