Si j aurais pu mettre 0 etoile je l'aurai fait. Tres mauvais service a la clientele apres un achat en ligne je reviens moins de 24hrs apres la cueillette et ne veulent aucunement aider pour un echange ou remboursement et me dit que je suis obliger de garder l'achat et en faire un autre si je suis pas satisfait. Que des que le tape original est enlever c'est considere que le produit est ouvert et aucn echange possible puisque le tape qui ferme la boite de la tele est pasmle meme. Tout le reste est dans son etat neuf et refuse tout.compromis.
Nous sommes maintenant 1 semaine plus tard le vendredi 21 novembre a 12h05 et aucun retour suite a leur demannde de leur contacter a un autre courriel. Sa semble etre pour faire semblant sur google qu'ils s'occupent de nos avis et par la suite silence radio apres 5 jours ouvrables, vraiment pas du bon service a la clientele, je ne recommenderais pas a personne aller chez competiteur

Service pourri. C’est long c’est long c’est long je pouvais je mettrais 0 voir -4 étoiles. Reçois ma commande de sommier mercredi pm et les dessous sont tous déchiré. Je dois m’habiller et me rendre en magasin pour chialer, ENCORE UNE FOIS, là on doit attendre remballer, redonner et se faire livrer d’autres sommiers encore une fois. Pour de vrai j’ai vraiment hâte de ne plus mettre les pieds dans ce magasin. Les poils me dressent sur les bras juste à y penser, je crois même qu’à l’idée d’entendre leur nom je fais de l’urticaire.

The delivery was ok.
They wait for me because a day before, I was annouced as the 11th delivery, the 10th delivery at 35 minutes away from me. Arround 11h45.
Today morning 8h20 I received a message that they'll be at the address in 13 minutes....
Brick called me, told them to wait for me. Happy end!
I am wondering what was if I were unavailable until the hour announced a day before?
Better to avoid changes on the last minute!

Je déconseille fortement d’acheter des électroménagers chez The Brick.
Dès l’entrée en magasin, le service est médiocre, deux vendeurs discutent entre eux au milieu du plancher sans même prendre la peine de venir offrir leur aide. On se sent complètement ignoré.
La situation s’est aggravée à la livraison le réfrigérateur, payé plusieurs milliers de dollars, est arrivé endommagé. Les livreurs ont insisté pour que nous acceptions le produit malgré les dommages, en prétextant que nous avions seulement 48 heures ouvrables pour régler ça avec le magasin.
Aucune compassion, aucun professionnalisme juste l’impression qu’ils veulent se débarrasser du problème.
Lorsque nous avons communiqué avec le magasin, le service à la clientèle a été inadmissible car c’est 48 heure non ouvrable selon la « politique »
Leur “solution” un crédit de 123 $ pour un appareil haut de gamme abîmé ! C’est littéralement se moquer des clients. Aucun suivi sérieux, aucune volonté réelle de corriger la situation. On se fait promener de service en service, sans résultat concret.
Après cette expérience, je peux dire que The Brick ne respecte ni ses clients ni la valeur de leurs achats.
Mieux vaut acheter ailleurs, dans une entreprise qui comprend le sens du mot service et qui assume ses erreurs.
À éviter absolument pour tout achat d’électroménagers.

Je modifie mon avis , espérant avoir un retour positif . J'ai acheté mes electro en septembre nous les avions réserver ils étaient en stock à ce moment j'ai donné un dépot pour être sure de les avoir .
Cependant , j'étais censé de faire livrer le tout aujourd'hui . J'ai du appelé par moi-même ( sans avis ) pour me faire dire que le frigidaire et la sécheuse n'était pas en stock . Au téléphone ob me dit alentour du 22 novembre ensuite en changeant de personne on me dit le 6 novembre. J'aurais probablement pris autre chose ou ailleurs mes electros avoir su qu'on aurait donné mes electro à quelqu'un d'autres .
J'espère avoir des nouvelles avec un retour positif et une solution aujourd'hui afin de corriger mon avis mais je suis très très TRÈS déçu .
