    Aucun respect. J'ai acheté un matelas et une base de lit au boxing day en plus de payer pour un service de reprise de mon ancien matelas. Brick est venu me livrer non seulement la mauvaise base de lit, mais ont aussi refusé de prendre mon ancien matelas malgré la facture. De plus, après avoir avoir reorganisé une visite de la livraison pour pour prendre mon ancien matelas, ils ont ENCORE refusé de le prendre malgré la facture, preuve à l'appui et redémontré aux livreurs, ça vous donne un peu une idée de l'attention donnée aux clients quand vous leur aurez donné votre argent et que leur interêt est comblé

    Il est très difficile de joindre le service à la clientèle de ce magasin par téléphone. Selon mon expérience, ils répondent rarement, voire jamais. Il faut absolument se déplacer en magasin pour parler à quelqu’un et tenter de régler un problème, et même sur place l’expérience est plutôt pénible. Pourtant, l’achat en tant que tel s’était bien déroulé.

    Une expérience d’achat vraiment exceptionnelle ! Mme Manon Trudeau a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Elle a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour bien nous écouter, répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller pour l’achat de notre base de lit électrique ajustable. On s’est sentis en confiance du début à la fin. Un service humain, attentionné et sincèrement apprécié. Merci infiniment !

    J'ai effectué des achats ce mercredi 17 décembre 2025 avec l'accompagnement de M.Reda, conseiller en vente. Ma conjointe et moi avons été bien accueillis et il a été à notre disposition pendant toute la durée passée au Magasin. Prévu pour effectuer un achat de refrigerateur, nous avions acheté des matelas, des bases de plate-forme et des surmatelas. Sa bienveillance, sa patience et sa courtoisie nous ont stimulé à acheter plus. De plus, il repondait à toutes nos préoccupations, nous conseillait dans le choix des categories d'articles. Tenant compte de notre contrainte de temps de livraison, il a planifié une livraison très proche. Il prenait le temps de passer en revue notre facture et nous expliquait les détails de celle-ci et le plan de financement accordé. Nous étions bien ravi d'avoir bénéficié de ses conseillers et sommes engagés à y revenir pour des achats futurs.

    ***They do no answer the phone, I spent an hour calling in, none of the extensions was answered. I had to go to the store and saw all the sales people just sitting around on their phones*** I purchased a washer dryer combo, online, on November 22nd, chose my delivery date for December 14th. This store became my point of contact for the delivery. I didn't receive any confirmation or follow-up to this until I physically went to the store and inquired about it. I was then told that the washer was not in stock and that it might be in stock on December 20th but there was no guarantee and that I would just need to wait to see what happens. They offered to find me a model in stock but the sales person was not given any details and started showing me models that weren't equivalent to what I purchased, then proceeded to get upset that I was not satisfied with his suggestions. I told him that if he couldn't find a solution that was equal or superior to what I purchased, then I wasn't interested. I then proceeded to ask for a refund at which point, the store manager asked if I found a replacement model, I told him no and that the service I received was terrible. He proceeded to ignore me and moved along. I received my ~$2000 refund and walked away. An absolutely abysmal experience and I will dissuade anyone choosing this store.
