I bought a sofa bed from them. When they came to deliver it they scratched my new hardwood floors by dragging the sofa (with staples on the bottom lining) directly on my floor without first installing the legs.
I made a claim for them to pay for the repair costs and after over one month I have still not gotten a dime from them. They have admitted its their fault, but they are not forthcoming in paying the repair costs and offered to settle at a much lower cost.

Bought a three section sofa bed, Salesman was very nice ,the product at the store was nice looycand delivery was good but the service afterwards was very lacking i would say bad. We notice a problem with the sofa bed section that did not work. We placed a call right way that day , took a day to tell us that they got our call and ask for pictures.then got a call a few days later from a a technician To tell me he will be there March 25 in the afternoon .For me this is not good service, this a brand new unit.

Very poor customer service. We walked around the store for about 20 minutes before we had to wave down a sales rep just to get help. When he finally came over, he seemed rushed and eager to finish the interaction instead of actually helping us. He mostly just agreed with whatever we asked without giving clear answers.
At the customer service desk we spoke to three different employees and each one gave us completely different information, which was very confusing.
To make things worse, the sales rep went to sit down at the far end of the store while we were still shopping instead of offering to help us find the products we were looking for.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Le pire service de voleur que j'ai vécu. Il y a quelques semaines, j'achète des meubles. Je désirais effectuer un dépôt et payer la totalité avant ma date de déménagement. On m'informe que si je paie seulement un dépôt mes articles ne peuvent être réservés. Alors je paie ma facture total, on me confirme que mes articles sont disponibles et on me donne ma date de livraison. Voilà que j'appelle aujourd'hui pour confirmer ma date de livraison (qui est supposé être dans 3 jours) et on m'avise que 2 articles sont non disponibles. Je désire donc canceller ces 2 articles et me faire rembourser immédiatement (puisque je dois acheter dans un autre magasin qui ont ces 2 articles prêt à être livré) mais voilà qu'on me dit que c'est impossible puisque un de mes articles est en transit donc ils ne peuvent canceller mes 2 articles indisponible tant que mon article n'est pas livré. Non seulement le vendeur ma menti en me confirmant que mes articles sont disponibles, en plus ils tardent à me rembourser. Pire service à vie. PLUS JAMAIS je vais acheter là !

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
