Cependant je leur donne 2 étoiles car ça fait 2 fois que j’achète des produits chez eux et TOUJOURS le même problème: les conseillers promettent des livraisons de 2-3 semaines et ça prend systématiquement plusieurs mois. J’aurai préféré que les conseillers soient honnêtes quant aux délais de livraison. Vous comprenez que quand vous achetez un sofa-lit pour accueillir votre famille et qu’on vous dit que ça sera livré en 2 semaines et que finalement ça prend 2 mois, il y a un problème. C’est certainement pas ainsi que ce magasin va fidéliser sa clientèle!
