Très beau magasin , le service à clientèle es très active en seulement 2 minute une personne nous avais déjà répondue pour répondre à tout nos question ,il y a également plein de choix de meuble variée pour tout type de préférence, super bon prix pour les meublent certains meuble sont en liquidation au lieux de payer 3000 pour un meublent il y a possibilité de payer un meublent à 600$ et de le prendre en versement ! Je recommande ce magasin à tout les personne qui cherche des meublent à style varier !

J'ai choisi d'acheter chez Brick grâce au service que j'ai reçu de Louis-Félix Boulais. Il a été à l'écoute de mon besoin et a pris le temps de me montrer toutes les options. Vraiment satisfait de notre expérience. Karine a été super dans ses conseils. Elle a bien compris nos besoins, nous a montré l’ensemble des options offertes. Le tout sans pression en nous laissant des moments seuls pour réfléchir.

Première et dernière fois. Soyez avisé que les dates de livraisons ne sont pas coulées dans le béton. Il peut y avoir de LONGS délais, selon l'inventaire. J'ai acheté 5 électros et des meubles le 12 octobre. Nous sommes maintenant le 12 novembre et je n'ai toujours pas reĉu de lave-vaisselle et ils ne sont pas capable de me donner une date. De plus, la laveuse Midea qui m'a été livrée est défectueuse (après deux jours, elle ne fonctionnait pas bien durant l'essorage). J'ai fait une vidéo et je l'ai envoyée à Brick. Il m'ont dit que ça pouvait prendre jusqu'à 12 jours pour la faire remplacer et ils vont me rappeler. Ça fait maintenant 15 jours et pas de nouvelle. Donc, je les ai appelé pour avoir une mise à jour et ils m'ont dit qu'il y avait eu un "problème de suivi avec la compagnie", mais que ma laveuse se qualifiait pour un remplacement. Cependant, il y en a plus en stock et je dois encore attendre, sans avoir une date précise de livraison Je pensais qu'on avait des lois au Québec pour nous protéger de ce genre d'arnaque des commerçants, mais elles ne semblent pas s'appliquer à Brick. Prochaine étape, faire une plainte à l'Office de la protection du consommateur. J'ai payé pour une laveuse neuve qui ne fonctionne pas et Brick se déresponsabilise. C'est inacceptable.

J’avais une problématique liée à une garantie et je me suis présenté au comptoir du service à la clientèle, mais après les délais prévus, ce qui a rendu la régularisation de la situation difficile. N’ayant pas obtenu de solution, j’ai ensuite déposé une plainte. La directrice des opérations, Madame Maltais, m’a alors contacté et m’a offert un service exemplaire, avec une solution très satisfaisante. J’ai grandement apprécié son empathie et sa bienveillance.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
