J’ai commander mes choses a l’avance pour les avoir au bonne date brick nous dit une date alors tu t’attend a avoir ta commande mais non tu appelle et il te repousse toujours la livraison très décevant . Rien à dire pour les vendeurs bon service mais délai de livraison changer ça sa n’a pas de sens, pour moi c’est le dernier achat que je fais chez vous .

J'ai fait l'achat de mes Électros de cuisine chez Brick pensant faire un bon achat et avoir un minimum de service après vente = erreur.
Je reçois mon four le mardi, juste qu'ici tout va bien toutefois, le dimanche je décide de faire fonctionner le four (450 degrée C) et je me rend compte qu'il est brûlant de l'extérieur (au point ou tu peux même pas laisser ta main plus que 2 secondes sans quoi tu te brûle): Porte, rond, frame, panneau de contrôle, etc. Constatant que c'est pas normal, j'appel Brick tout de suite en leur demandant gentilment de me l'échanger car il est défectueux mais puisque j'ai dépassé leur politique de retour de 48h, ils m'orientent donc vers le manufacturier. (C'est cool t'achète un électro qui est défectueux mais ils le reprennent pas et tu dois passer par le processus de garantie (on parle de 5jours après l'achat, 1ère fois que je l'essaye) Je leur mentionne donc que je veux pas faire les démarches car je m'attend à un minimum de service et le directeur du service me suggère fortement de faire les démarches moi-même car ça accèlera le processus selon-lui. Ce quoi après quelques échanges j'accepte considérant que j'ai un four qui marche pas et à moment donner ça serait l'fun qui marche. Je contacte le manufacturier, ils m'envoient un technicien, le rapport dit qu'effectivement il est très brûlant que c'est pas normal (la seule personne qui m'offre du service dans cette histoire là). Le manufacturier s'obstine pour dire que c'est normal. Brick ne veut pas faire de crédit et que j'en achète un autre en magasin, Brick veut absolument l'approbation de retour du manufacturier avant de me faire un crédit (je demande même pas un remboursement là...)
Bref une histoire d'horreur. Ben ça pris une plainte chez Brick Canada pour faire bouger les choses. Finalement Brick Lebourgneuf (sous la pression de Brick Canada) a accepté de me faire un crédit et j'ai acheté un autre four d'un autre marque.
On parle de +/- 15-20H de gestion à mes frais.

Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
