Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez cette entreprise et je la déconseille fortement ! Nous avons acheté un sofa modulaire le 13 décembre. Une partie du divan était manquante, le vendeur nous en a donc envoyé une immédiatement et nous a assuré que le reste arriverait avant le 31 décembre (garanti par le vendeur, mon mari en est témoin). C'était la raison principale de notre achat, car les autres magasins n'offraient la livraison qu'en janvier. Comme prévu, une partie du divan est arrivée, mais au moment de l'assembler, les pièces étaient de travers et les barres de bois qui les maintenaient étaient cassées. De plus, deux pieds avant manquaient. Nous avons signalé le problème et avons été traités avec indifférence par le service client. Après avoir insisté, nous avons finalement obtenu un rabais de 360 $ et la garantie d'envoyer les deux pieds manquants. Aujourd'hui, le 29, on a appelé le magasin pour savoir quand on recevrait la partie manquante du divan et on nous a dit qu'elle ne pourrait être livrée que le 6 janvier. Je trouve cette situation inacceptable. Nous avons payé un meuble coûteux de qualité douteuse et n'avons reçu aucun respect de la part de l'entreprise.
Mise à jour : Aujourd’hui, le 7 janvier 2026, on a reçu la pièce manquante du divan et devinez quoi… elle était cassée ! Heureusement, on l'avait ouverte au moment de la livraison et on l'a renvoyée tout de suite ! Maintenant, il ne nous reste plus qu’à attendre… Encore une fois : on n’achètera plus jamais dans ce magasin et je conseille à tous mes amis d’en faire autant !

26 décembre 2025 13h45. Message au gérant . J’ai seulement acheté un cadre que j’ai dû attendre plus de 30 minutes pour le récupérer à l’arrière . Vous m’avez dit comme excuse, qu’il avait beaucoup de monde dû au boxing Day. Que mon conseiller aurait dû faire une vente rapide. Mais je me souviens que vous l’avez aidé…. De mon coté à l’arrière,j’ai vu un immense incompétence, il avait seulement 3 personnes en avant de moi, un des deux employés qui m’a demandé 3 x mon numéro de téléphone , qui ne savait pas comment fermer la facture du client avant moi et qu’il était évident qu’il avait des problèmes de lecture. Aussi votre, excuse, que depuis la covid, vous devez avoir mon numéro de plaque de mon véhicule pour un cadre. Svp utiliser un peu de jugement. Bref, pour l’achat d’un cadre, vous demandez, téléphone, courriel, adresse, modèle du véhicule, plaque d’immatriculation. Et aussi, j’ai trouvé très dommage que vous êtes que votre attitude envers moi ai changé aussi rapidement car je ne voulais pas donner mon numéro de plaque.J’espère que nos données sont bientôt protégé parce que un hacker peut aller loin avec autant d’informations.

J'ai acheté une table pour mon salon il y a plus d'un mois et demi, et l'entrepôt de Québec situé au 1540, boulevard Lebourgneuf m'avait assuré qu'elle arriverait le 18 décembre. Aujourd'hui, le 19 décembre, lorsque j'ai appelé pour savoir pourquoi la table n'avait pas été livrée, on m'a répondu qu'elle n'était pas encore en stock, ce que je trouve incroyablement irresponsable.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
