Brick n'a pas été en mesure de livrer un article commandé 2 mois plus tôt. Selon Brick, l'article n'était pas en inventaire lorsque la commande a été placée.
La date de livraison estimée a été repoussée continuellement et j'ai dû courir après le service à la clientèle pour obtenir des informations sur le délai et la date de livraison variable.
Le seul moment où j'ai pu obtenir des renseignements est après avoir placé un avis négatif sur Google. Un gestionnaire m'a contacté, m'a offert un article en remplacement que j'ai refusé (qualité de l'article inférieure) et m'a gentiment demandé de retirer l'avis Google en échange d'un rabais supplémentaire lorsque l'article commandé sera livré.
Après 2 mois d'attente, j'ai demandé un remboursement car je n'avais toujours pas reçu l'article commandé. Le lendemain, l'article apparaissait en inventaire sur le site web de Brick. Drôle de coïncidence. Lorsque j'ai communiqué avec Brick pour obtenir l'article au même prix que commandé initialement, ils ont refusé.
Brick n'a pas été en mesure de livrer la marchandise et l'expérience a été très mauvaise. La qualité du service est bien meilleure chez Tanguay, Costco, Best Buy, Amazon, pour l'achat d'articles similaires à celui commandé. Encourager une entreprise Canadienne ne sert à rien si le service est mauvais et si on n'obtient pas ce qu'on a commandé.

Très déçu... nous avons acheté 2 divans chez Brick St-Foy. Après livraison, nous nous somme aperçu que le divan ne passait pas dans la cage d'escalier... Nous avons immédiatement appelé pour échanger pour un modèle plus petit le jour même. Refus catégorique puisque nous les avions déballé pour les inspecter à la livraison. Aucune mention sur la facture nis sur le courriel d'achat, le vendeur nous as simplement mentionné d'aller lire leur politique de retour en ligne qui est très difficile à trouver.... maintenent nous somme pris avec un divan neuf à 2000$ qui ne rentre pas dans le salon... plus jamais brick!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
