Déçu d'avoir acheté un duo laveuse sécheuse qui n'était pas en stock. Nous voilà rendu presque 3 mois plus tard et nous attendons toujours. Ça fait 3 fois qu'il repoussent la date.
Prochaines fois nous allons acheté ce qui est en stock sur le plancher ou nous irons ailleurs.

Nous sommes des habitués du Brick Duplessis. Nous avons été amèrement déçu pour le service reçu aujourd’hui venant du gérant sur place. Il y avait une erreur d’identification de prix pour une table. Nous avons poser une question à l’employé. Puis, le gérant nous a reçu en criant, avec agressivité, expliquant que l’étiquette n’était pas la bonne. Nous avons tenté de discuter et demander d’être calme. Monsieur a mentionné avec agressivité que non et que c’est le service que nous aurons. Notre intérêt demeurait pour l’article en question, mais en raison de l’agressivité nous n’avons pas acheté. Amèrement déçu!

J'ai fait un achat d'un divan en octobre 2025 que je suis aller chercher en ceuillette, ce qu'il ne vous dise pas c'est que vous avez 24 heures après la prise de possession pour remarquer les bris, j'ai reçu le divan dans une boîte qui était intacte de l'extérieur mais lorsque je l'ai ouverte quelques jours plus tard (j'étais en déménagement), le divan était brisé que lorsque j'ai appelé le magasin pour expliquer la situation, ils ont automatiquement commencer à me dire que c'est moi qui l'avait fait et qu'ils n'allaient rien faire. Ils m'ont dit que si je l'aurais remarquer avant les 24 heures après la ceuillette ils l'auraient échangé mais après 24 heures c'est de ma faute?
Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile pour le service à la clientèle je le ferais sans hésitation, gérant/gérante, assistant du magasin... tous très impoli et d'aucune aide je ne comprends même pas comment ils peuvent continuer de travailler comme ça en parlant autant mal aux clients, j'ai été super courtoise et je ne me suis fait que parler de façon arrogante....

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
