    Very poor store very useless staff, even having the rona pro account they can’t refund me and they can’t find my receipt, I have to take the gift card, no valuable items should be bought from this store

    Depuis le changement de bannière de Réno-Depot à Rona+, cette succursale est devenu l'une des pires de la compagnie. On dirait que c'est sur le bord de fermer - probablement qu'avec l'arrivée du REM ça va être redéveloppé en condo ou quelque chose...

    We went this morning for the kids event "Halloween 🎃 lantern" the staff was beyond kind , gentle and helpful especially Donna such a magical women , we felt so welcome and we had alot of fun was our first time won't be our last then we went down the aisle looking up for something and a guy right away ask if we needed help he did help us get the right product 🫶🏻

    Never had a problem here since im doing business with almost from 2018 . I do renovations and most of the times all construction people have some things left from a job which we dont use and than we do the return . I have pro account . Theres one lady and a boy which are very rude and arrogant . The boy always have somekind of problem with me always makes excuses to not to return sometimes not from our store bla bla . Last time what he told me after not finding any excuse that the bills i do have they dont give to anyone . The purchase was made from this same store and sometimes what they do the give normal printer white page bill not the colored bill . Its so stupid how these people behave with customers . I dont know they behave as if i have made bills at my home . Its there bill and they do give same kind of white paper bills to alot of people . Bt no they way they treated me is so insulting . Its clearly these kind of people are missusing there position of job . They dont think before saying anything . Rest of the staff is so nice . Its just the weekend shift people which are so called supervisor or manager should teach them how to behave nicley .
