    I needed a plumbing part so I came to Rona, the plumbing guy was helping someone else so I waited and he told me it won't be long. After he finished he walked away from the section with another associate and did not return as I was clearly waiting. I went to HD, and got lucky as 2 associates helped me, took a measurement of my part and got me the exact replacement in under 3 minutes. That will be my new go to place.

    2e visite en 10 jours et chaque fois je demande de l'assistance et personne ne vient après 10 minutes d'attente pour m'aider à transporter des produits trop lourds. Dommage.

    I needed help to find the right plumbing connector for water filtration bought online, from specialty brands. I had brought all that stuff with me to the store. The service representative in the plumbing department was quick to tell me he could not help me for devices I did not bought at RONA. I pointed at the aisle with all the connector. At that point he was getting impatient and said I would have to see a Plumber and pay them to get advise. So I left... If you need advice for a project RONA's policy to not help if you did not buy from them, is not acceptable for me. The next hardware store I when to, was willing to help. Thank Goodness and I found what I need. The solution was not that complicated.

    I had quite a few trips to do for my new house and every time I went, of my list of items needed,they didn’t have a few things. I have to go to another nearby Rona that has a lot more selection. I can’t say anything bad about service though.

    I had an exceptional experience with a very nice young lady who helped me with a return process for an item that had been discontinued. After spending over an hour and a half at another store, I was feeling quite frustrated, but she was incredibly understanding and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and she truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate her outstanding service and would love to see her recognized for her efforts. Thank you so much Jessy!
