Bonjour,
Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant le service d’Abdallah qui a été irrespectueux à ma personne , après m’avoir vendu un lit de façon magouilleuse par la suite il dit juste pour un petit montant connais tu les montant d’entrées que brick fait par année totalement irrespectueux montant ou pas tout les clients demeurent les même heureusement j’ai tout les enregistrements. Les livreurs ont été irrespectueux aucune envie de faire d’effort pour reprendre le lot , l’assurance s’avère être une arnaque, et à ce jour je n’ai plus recu les produits
Pourtant j’ai quand eu à payer aucun produit malgré le paiement effectué., pour conclure il me proposait un crédit d’acheter encore dans ce magasin ou les services à clientèle et à refaire honnêtement plus que déçu . Ne mettez jamais vos pieds !! Aucun considération pour la clientèle je ferai plus jamais affaire avec vous je déconseille du monde !!!!! Ce dernier s’est permis de minimiser la somme que j’ai déboursée, en me rappelant que mes 400 $ “ce n’est rien” comparé au chiffre d’affaires de Brick. Une remarque totalement irrespectueuse et inacceptable envers une cliente.

I wish we could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible dealing with these people.They don’t care and they don’t want to help their customers in any way.
Bought a sectional sofa and it was delivered with missing pieces and part of the sofa was defective. We couldn’t use it for over a month before begging someone to come fix it. We called multiple times and were told that it would be fixed on a specific date. We stayed home and no one showed up that day to fix it. Still havent received the missing pieces after 2 months. Mind you, we paid for the extra coverage and warranty for everything but they have loopholes. Be careful.
Bought a fridge that was also not working and they took 2 weeks to send a technician which didn’t fix the problem. They gave us another appointment for another 2 weeks later and sent another technician who cancelled on us 30min before said appointment. We begged for a replacement which only got accepted once we put in a huge formal complaint weeks later.
We called the sales rep who, in store, was super helpful and kind and thought would help us but once we purchased the sofa, he became dismissive and forwarded us to someone else to deal with. They don’t care and I would never buy from them again.

I had a terrible experience with this store, especially with the manager, Abdallah. I received my table damaged, and shortly after, the leg of the sofa broke and fell while my newborn and I were sitting on it a very dangerous situation.
When I called to report the issue, Abdallah was rude, dismissive, and even made an inappropriate comment in Arabic. He refused to accept a return or offer a proper solution, even though the items arrived defective.
When I later visited the Laval branch, I was told that it was indeed my right to return the items, which shows that this location’s management is not following proper customer service standards.
Overall, I do not recommend this store. I regret buying my furniture here and hope they take customer safety and professionalism more seriously in the future.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
