Je suis déçu du comportement d un employé, j était avec un employé Jean-Charles et l autre employé je me rappelle pas de son prénom il est noir du côté électroménager il était assez désagréable, impolie devant moi et Jean-Charles, je sais pas pourquoi il est encore là cette employé! Disons que j ai plus envie de magasinier à votre magasin et pourtant chez acheter chez vous au paravant! Maintenant je dois m acheté un frigo! Et j y pense si je dois acheter chez brick !

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch. The way the branch manager treated me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating. What made the situation even worse is that this happened simply because I tried a massage chair that was clearly displayed for customers to try. I only sat on it for about two minutes.
Despite this being a trial chair, I was spoken to in an inappropriate manner that made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly targeted. I felt that the treatment I received was discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable.
Customer service should be based on respect, professionalism, and equality. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Because of this experience, I do not recommend dealing with this branch at all, and I hope management takes this matter seriously.

Parmi tous les vendeurs que j’ai pu rencontrer, c’est le seul qui a vraiment pris le temps de comprendre mes besoins. Il ne cherchait pas à me vendre un produit à tout prix. Au contraire, il était simplement présent, toujours souriant, respectueux de mon espace, et disponible dès que j’avais besoin de conseils.
Jean-Charles a vraiment écouté et compris ce que je cherchais avant de me faire ses recommandations. Celles-ci étaient justes, réfléchies comme exactement ce que je voulais et m’ont aidé à faire le meilleur choix pour mon nouveau lit !

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
