    Laval location is one of the worst Brik store. Multiple times they sold me their insurance when I purchased items from them mentioning that in the case I don't use the insurance I could use the money paid for insurance TO BUY ANYTHING IN THE STORE. Only when I tried to claim unused insurance (for a Washer and a Dryer) for the first time , they mentioned the fine details they have hidden from me. Their unused insurance ONLY CAN BE CLAIMED TO BUY FURNITURE and we HAVE TO CLAIM UNUSED INSURANCE WITHIN 90 DAYS. Even a manager told me that he has met a lot of people claiming that no one told them these conditions. That is because your sales agents mislead customers, most probably on your instruction.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We bought sofas from this store and paid extra for their “extended warranty,” which now turns out to be completely meaningless. The fabric on the sofas started tearing on its own, and when we contacted them expecting them to honor the warranty, they refused to take responsibility. For months we have been going back and forth with them, trying to get a reasonable solution, but all we get are excuses and delays. It feels like they are just trying to wear customers down so they eventually give up. This company clearly does not respect its customers or stand behind the products it sells. The warranty they push you to buy is nothing but a sales trick. I strongly recommend staying away from this store. If you value your money and your peace of mind, buy your furniture somewhere else.

    Extremely disappointing and dishonest service. We bought sofas from this store and paid extra for their so-called “warranty.” Now the fabric is tearing on its own, and when we contacted them expecting them to honor what they sold us, they completely ignored their responsibility. We have been going back and forth with them for months trying to get a fair solution, but they keep refusing to do anything meaningful. It’s clear that once they have your money, they simply stop caring. This place sells promises they have no intention of keeping. The warranty they push you to buy is basically useless. Avoid this store at all costs. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. Their customer service is terrible and their business practices are unacceptable.

    Worst experience ever, i bought these two couches and they offered me to purchase an extra warranty(364$) so i will be covered for more time if anything happened to my furniture,, and yet the material keeps ripping off from all the corners of couches, i claimed them and its been over three month and i come and go for the same problem and they keep refuse to fix it, they were trying to give me credit 250$ to buy from the store,, but when i declined and asked for a technician to come and check, and on February 11th the technician came and he said this is a manufacture defective and needs to be replaced, i will make my report and they will contact you within 2 weeks, its been a month no one contacted me and i came today to ask they kept asking me the same questions that makes no sense and they said we cant repair it because it looks like its done on purpose and when i asked to speak to manager she said iam a supervisor and i decide, not only i will be writing a review but by next week i will make a complaint at the court aswell.

    Dernièrement, nous avons acheté un set de chambre et deux matelas chez Brick. Nous avons été très bien informés pour notre achat. Le vendeur, très sympathique, nous a suggéré plusieurs options et nous a proposé une promotion en cours. Le vendeur nous a offert un très bon service et nous a expliqué clairement les procédures pour la livraison de notre colis. Un système nous avertit par courriel pour chaque étape de la livraison et nous indique la tranche d’heure à laquelle nous recevrons notre colis. Deux livreurs très gentils et polis nous ont déposé les boîtes dans la pièce désignée en faisant très attention de ne pas égratigner nos murs frais peinturés. Notre set de chambre est très solide et facile à monter. Nous devions simplement ajouter les pattes aux commodes et assembler le lit en un tour de mains grâce aux explications très claires du fabricant. De plus, les livreurs ont récupéré notre ancien matelas. Le magasin vous fournit un sac pour l’envelopper et bingo, le tour est joué et Brick s’en occupe! Service VIP comme on dit!!!!
