Frank is an amazing salesman. He helped us for the second time. If you want great service go to Frank!
I have to edit my review as there were unfortunate events following the delivery of my couch.
It was stated on my bill to assemble the sectional by the delivery team. The team was not coherent, they did not want anything to know about what we had to say. They just dumped the couch pieces wherever around my appartment and left. We didnt even sign the paper confirming the delivery so much that service were in a hurry. They didnt even bother reading the bill which states the task the delivery driver need to take in order to render the full service promised.
Then we call Brick which they reply "we see everything even what you have texted us". Yes and as you should but what about the bad service I received ?
Now my living room is in shambles.

Absolute horrible service. Upon arriving at the store we found a windowed cabinet for our dining room. Price was 1420$ online so the sales rep told us that was the price even though the one in store was 1800$. So far so good. I asked if 1420$ was the final price , he said he could remove 100$ extra , another good move. So far I am very happy. Unfortunately that’s where it all ends. He wanted to sell me the insurance, which I never take because it’s a scam (in my opinion) but he assured me that for 70$ I get a great warranty , and that if I don’t use it, In 5 years I get to come back to the store and get my money back. That sounds too good to be true but I decided to go ahead with it anyway. When I saw the final bill I saw that the cabinet was reduced another 200$ from his “final price” and a 270$ charge for the insurance was added . So yes, I paid an extra 70$ for the insurance however, the fine print said that when I return to the store to get my 70$ it’s simply a store credit, and I have to purchase items that totals 400$ to be able to get that 70$ store credit. I hate being lied to, just tell me the truth and let me decide if I want the extra stuff. He also was very adamant that I can “Win My Purchase” where they draw a purchase every month and they give me my money back for the product up to 10000$ ! Once you read the find print again, they only give a maximum of 1000$ .
Last thing was delivery. The guys simply left a box with the cabinet in my dining room, it was up to me to remove it from the box, find a way to throw all the styrofoam and cardboard then move it to its spot . I would have assumed that it’s their job to do all that. I purchased items from Tanguay and JC Perreault in the last month and both were 5 star service . The Brick? Definitely far from it . The cabinet is very nice , looks very sturdy, that’s why I put 2 stars instead of 1. Oh and it was supposed to be delivered 2 days after I purchased it, I ended up waiting 10 days.
