La pire expérience en tant que cliente de ma vie! J’ai acheté un lave-vaisselle dont une pièce manquait lors de la livraison (près de deux mois plus tard!). Brick n’a jamais admis son erreur ni remplacé la pièce. De plus, j’avais été fortement incitée à acheter une autre pièce totalement inutile soi-disant pour assurer le branchement pour laquelle il m’a été très difficile d’obtenir un remboursement. Le service à la clientèle s’est montré désagréable, peu coopératif et jamais plus je ne mettrai les pieds dans ce magasin.

Said Slyemi was an excellent sales person. Always patient. I went in three times and he never pushed me. On the fourth visit I bought the 2000$ sofa, but Mr. Slyemi was not there. A shame as he was a breath of fresh air.

My fridge broke down and we went to 3 places and decided that the Brick would be great. Well we order our fridge on Tuesday delivery date was scheduled for Friday which helped since most of our food was in Rubbermaid on the snow sadly. Well they call us and tell us they’re will be no delivery on Friday. That it was not written when k have the actual bill here stating the date of delivery for Friday as proof. It will go till Sunday they say and not only that I spoke to them again today and they pushed it now till Tuesday !!!!! . They were the ones who made the error. I took work off emptied my fridge for the pick up due to my new one coming in and I asked to pls speak to the manager whose name was Bonnie and they said she was gone only to find out she didn’t want to take the call and here I was going back and forth with the receptionist. You would think the manager would be helpful and due to being the manager she would get on the phone and find a solution to help the customer. Well nothing has been done and here we are still in limbo , with our food on snow in Rubbermaid’s. Very disappointing. This is not the first time we had problems with the Brick. Another time we ordered a bed and they came to deliver it. Then they said that they don’t install that it would be another person to come eventually to install. Point is when you order it’s easy for them to sell but once it’s done it’s like your chasing and going in circles to get what you paid for without any help This is not acceptable. Was very disappointed and having the manager not speak nor help but asking the others to take care of it. Totally disappointing and so much stress. Not helpful at all. Sadly.and still in limbo 🤦♀️

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
