    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service team experience I have received from this company. While I appreciated the assistance provided by one particular associate who helped me select a television for my family—he was very courteous, helpful, and attentive—the overall service has been disappointing. In mid-December, I visited the store to purchase a TV for my children. The staff member was able to arrange a delivery promptly, which I appreciated. However, upon receiving the television, I noticed that the back panel was loose and appeared improperly assembled, with visible damage. The delivery drivers collected the TV, and I contacted customer service to address the issue. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory; I was informed that the replacement would not arrive until mid-January, with the delivery scheduled towards the end of the month. From my perspective as a customer, it is frustrating that there appears to be ONE TV in the whole province, which delays resolution and causes inconvenience. Honestly the customer service team never cared about helping or trying to find any other solution as their reply was always meaning as it was my fault I bought from this store and now I have to take the consequences of their actions and errors! Additionally, I have encountered similar issues in the past, such as an issue with a couch purchased approximately a year ago. Throughout these interactions, I have found some representatives to be unhelpful or dismissive, which further diminishes confidence in the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that the company can improve its service processes to ensure better experiences for customers in the future.

    Terrible experience. I would avoid this company. The salesperson promised an expected delivery timeframe for the sectional sofa I purchased and reassured me that both pieces would arrive at the same time. Later, management told me the salesperson was not allowed to make those promises, which left me misled and frustrated. The sofa ended up being delivered on 2 different days, about a month apart. I spoke with multiple staff members and received different answers each time, with no clear or consistent communication. The delivery experience was just as bad. There was property damage during delivery, and I am still dealing with claims. On top of that, the delivery person was rude and unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst customer experiences I have had.

    One year ago, we had a purchase and a very bad experience with this store—so bad that even after a year, it is still very clear in our minds. At first, they advertised great service and excellent discounts. We bought a king mattress and a king platform base. They also pushed us into a “two-year, no-interest” payment plan. Initially, they delivered the wrong mattress (queen instead of king) while the bases were king. When we contacted them, they claimed there was no mistake and said that was what we had purchased. Strangely, the salesperson we bought from completely disappeared. Neither management nor supervisors were responsive. There is absolutely no possibility of returns at this store. They told us that if we wanted a king mattress, we would have to pay the full price without any discount and much more than what we originally paid. After a lot of trouble and a one-month delay, they forced us to accept a very low-quality mattress without any price adjustment. We are completely dissatisfied with our purchase. The behavior of the sales staff, supervisors, and customer service before payment and after payment was completely different. No one is responsive or takes responsibility. I do not recommend this store to anyone—not even visiting it. It has a very misleading appearance.

    I was just at the store two days ago to purchase a pillow for my partner for Christmas. I ended up getting a quite expensive one (350$ with taxes) but after talking to my partner, he said he would be prefer a different one. I went into the store today and asked to do an exchange but was told that went agaisn't store policy even though the product was unopened and brought back within 2 days. In addition to that, the first sales associate I spoke to told me that I actually had received a floor model, but I wasn't notified about that or the return policy when I got the item. Later, when I spoke to the manager, she said it was not a floor model. I don't understand the conflicting information or why I cannot exchange a brand new unopened pillow. I wanted to exchange for two less expensive pillows which would have been an additional sale for the store but now can't. I will never shop at this store again. Very disappointed by this policy.

    Buyer beware!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my matress purchase and the so called "Comfort Gaurantee" I am a caregiver of my elderly, handicapped sister who desperately needed a new bed. So I purchased a matress and box spring set at a good price during Black Friday sale. Every thing customer service wise was great, the delivery went smoothly, and the delivery guys took out the old matress set and set up the new one, just as I expected. The issue came when my sister arrived home and we realized, due to her height and mobility issues, that she can not get on the bed as it is just too high. The new matress was unexpectedly much higher than her old one, and I realized that I should have ordered the low profile box spring, not the standard height. Within 4 hours of the delivery, I called the Brick Lasalle and asked about exchanging the box spring and they told me they do not return or exchange box springs. I mentioned thar the website explicitly states that returns and exchanges are possible, and that it also says the comfort gaurantee covers matress sets, which unkess I am missing something, could only mean matress AND boxspring are covered under the gaurantee. The girl on the phone said the policy only covers the matress. But this is not stated ANYWHERE on tthe website! She them asked if the packaging had been removed, and I said yes this is because the delivery guys proceeded to remove the packaging (without asking) before installing both the matress and boxspring on the bed. This looked to me like standard practice, and they also mentioned it was also so I could check for damages and defaults before they left. Also seemed like standard delivery practice. But the girl on the phone tells me since it is out of the packaging it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Which is funny, because on the website it explicitly states that all items need to be returned in original unopened packaging WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MATTRESS SETS that fall under the garantee! Obviously, as you would not sleep on a matress for 180 days with the packaging still on!! I then asked if I could exchange the whole set under the confort gaurantee and she yes we can, but that my sister would need to sleep on it for at least 21 days before they can process the garantee. The only problem is she cannot even get on it to sleep. So we know it is not comfortable!!! And due to her mobility/balacing issues, using a stool to help her get onto the bed is not an option. So last night, since she has no bed, she slept on a chair in the living room. And woke up crying several times due to discomfort. So I guess I will have no choice but to bite the bullet and order a new, low profile box spring to go with the matress. Because she cannot not stay a month with no bed, sleeping on a chair. And I guess they will charge to take the other brand new boxspring away once they deliver the new one. I am appalled, and feel completely misled by false advertising. And horrible customer service. I honestly looked forward to purchasing more items from this store again. But after this experience, I will defintely not be buying with the Brick again, and I can only hope sharing this situation makes others think twice also.
