- NBNoémie Bernier4 days ago2.0Service patient super bien venant de Gaetane, elle était à l’écoute de nos besoins et elle était super gentille! Lors de notre achat elle nous a mentionner que c’était la promotion ou l’ont pouvait tourner la roue, elle nous a mentionner de venir le samedi pour effectuer le concours. Par contre un certain Jean-Francois a refuser en étant désagréable et baveux de nous faire tourner la roue car j’étais venu l’acheter le vendredi.. ce concours nous donnait l’opportunité de gagner un très bon montant ou même gagner la livraison! La transaction était passé et payé donc mon conjoint s’est déplacer le samedi pour tourner la roue car nous sommes nouvellement parents. Jean-Francois faisait tout pour être désagréable il trouvait des défauts pour nous empêcher de procéder aux récompenses du concours. Il a fallu que j’aille en magasin pour me battre pour pouvoir tourner la roue et ça l’a tout pris pour me faire rembourser ma livraison que j’ai gagné! Juste à cause de son attitude, mon conjoint et moi ne voulons plus acheter à cet endroit, ni faire de référence et on espère ne pas avoir de problèmes dans la livraison ou autre car le service à la clientèle est moyen à cause de lui et nous ne voulons pas le recroiser.

- AAAlexFeb 21, 20263.0Belle expérience de magasinage ce samedi après-midi. Un vendeur bien sympathique et accommodant Mr Tibor ma vendu un très beau divan électrique de qualité a prix compétitif. Mais je dois changer mon avis malheureusement , une fois arrivé chez moi le divan étais endommagé. La pièce de métal étais toute éraflé, une partie est rendu sans peinture sur le métal. En plus d'un power supply pour faire fonctionner l'électrique étais manquant. Après avoir parler avec eux des dommages, un offre ridicule de 50 $ tx inclus pour les dommages au divan ma été remboursé. Selon eux , jai acheté le divan en rabais donc ils ne donnent pas plus de 50 $ . Du gros ridicule vraiment, maintenant ont dirais un divan usagé.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
