Chez BRICK granby ,Le 14 septembre 2025 nous avons acheté et payé en totalité une laveuse et une sécheuse, en beau parleur le vendeur vérifie et nous dit que ce sera livré la semaine 23 septembre 2025 .
Les jours passe pas de nouvelle ,je rappelle au magasin, on me dit que ses impossible il ne donne jamais de dâte de livraison????
Nôtre semblant de vendeur me rappelle au téléphone et en arrogeant me dit, si vous n'êtes pas contente on arrête sa la, venez au magasin je vais vous remboursé..... très impoliment ,il me dit qu'il est pas plus content que moi car lui est pas payé tant que ses pas livré....il me donne un autre dâte , sa arrivera à Montréal la semaine du 23 octobre 2025 et sera livré dans les jours suivant.
Fin octobre toujours pas de nouvelles ,je rappelle et enfin une dame plus brillante a qui j'explique mon problème ,comprend les délais anormal me dit qu'elle appelle à Montréal ou la laveuse et la sécheuse sont et fera l'impossible pour les faire mettre dans un camion .Miracle la livraison a finalement eu lieu le 4 novembre 2025.
Vous n'êtes sûrement pas sans savoir que ses a la limite de la l'égalité de faire payé la totalité d'un produits sans en avoir la possession.
En plus de tout les désagréments que sa nous a occasionner, si on nous avais dit que sa prendrais presque 2 mois à avoir nos appareils nous aurions été ailleurs .Ce que je vous recommande .

Très bon service à la vente et bon suivi pour livraison . Le seul bémol à la livraison pas de couvre chaussures j’ai dû laver le plancher complet! Car il pleuvait. Mais les hommes très courtois et ont tout ramassé les cartons .
Mon set cuisine a tombé en vente avant la livraison et j’ai dû les appeler pour un ajustement de prix à surveiller .

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
