Seul petit hic : lors de l’achat en magasin, le vendeur a oublié de nous spécifier qu’il fallait payer les taxes plus tard via le site internet alors que je croyais avoir payé l’entièreté du paiement. J’attendais donc un appel pour fixer le rdv pour la livraison, mais eux attendaient que je paye la facture avant de m’appeler. Une chance que j’aie appelé ! Mais je mets ça sur le dos de l’inexpérience du vendeur. Sinon, très bon service et très bon suivi sur la livraison.

Nous avons acheté un matelas et avons choisi ferme. Après un mois d'essai nous le trouvions beaucoup trop dure nous avons demandé de l'échanger pour un semi-ferme. L'échange a été très facile et très rapide.

I had an excellent experience at the store thanks to the wonderful assistance of the sales associate. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the right mattress by focusing on the best support for my body frame. He also guided me in choosing a bed frame and headboard, clearly explaining the different features of each option and how they complemented the new mattress. His professionalism, knowledge, and patience made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend !

Le service après-vente ainsi que l’assistance au moment de l’achat laissent énormément à désirer en ce qui concerne la connaissance des produits.
Je dois commencer par dire que je ne mets pas zéro uniquement parce que ce n’est pas possible. J’ai acheté un ensemble de meubles de chambre à coucher, y compris le lit. Sur ce dernier point, j’ai reçu une assistance très peu professionnelle et inefficace de la part de Noémie Goyer. Il est inacceptable qu’elle ait validé la commande sans savoir que le matelas se retrouverait beaucoup trop haut avec le sommier qu’elle avait choisi.
Ce désastre m’a coûté environ 440 $, puisque j’ai dû jeter les sommiers directement à la poubelle — ils n’ont aucune valeur commerciale. Brick ne proposait pas de sommiers bas adaptés à un matelas haut. Avec une bonne conseillère, cela ne serait jamais arrivé.
Comme beaucoup l’ont déjà mentionné, le service à la clientèle de Brick est extrêmement médiocre : arrogant, peu coopératif et rigide au sujet des retours. Ils trouvent toujours mille façons de vous faire payer pour renvoyer un article. Le service téléphonique dit une chose, tandis que le magasin en dit une autre. Tout se fait verbalement ; inutile d’attendre une réponse par courriel, ils ne le font jamais. Ce comportement est non seulement peu professionnel, mais aussi contraire à toute éthique commerciale.
Et malheureusement, ce n’est pas la fin de mon histoire : j’attends toujours plus de 1000 $ de marchandises déjà payées. Selon la superviseure mentionnée plus haut, la livraison devait arriver fin novembre, puis, après plusieurs suivis, fin décembre. On m’a même proposé de modifier ma commande pour accepter des produits que je ne souhaite pas, simplement parce qu’ils sont disponibles. Quelle honte !
L’arrogance et le manque de respect envers les clients finiront par nuire sérieusement à cette entreprise. Continuez à engager des gens aussi arrogants, c’est apparemment votre spécialité. Pour ma part, je ne lâcherai pas l’affaire tant que le reste de ma commande — entièrement payée depuis six semaines — ne sera pas livré.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
