Worst customer experience ever. They trap customers into buying without putting them aware of the non return/exchange policies. Received a new tv, brought it back one hour later to say that once the box is opened there are no returns. The driver opened the box, not even me.There are none of these conditions written on invoice, complete FRAUD !!!!
Stay away, please don’t get scammed like me.

Took 4 times and almost 1 month to get an extended guarantee validated. After the fourth time of re-explaining the same situation to a certain Arab gentleman customer service, I get told to not speak in that tone of voice to him and passes me to a woman who finally clarifies that I have an instore credit. All perfect.
The next week as I needed to confirm the delivery date, I get the same gentleman in question who tells me he will call me back in half an hour as I wasn’t sure for the delivery date. Needless to say, I never got the call back and decided to call approximately 5 hours later to confirm date of delivery.
Products are great, salesmen were very helpful, but customer service reps as this one in particular should maybe transfer to another department and shouldn’t be working in customer service if they get their feelings easily hurt

J’ai effectué un achat chez The Brick en octobre 2025 avec une livraison prévue pour novembre 2025. Aujourd’hui nous sommes le 3 mars 2026 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
Cela fait plusieurs mois de retard et la situation n’a toujours pas été réglée. Le plus décevant, c’est que lorsque j’ai appelé le service à la clientèle pour avoir des explications, on m’a parlé d’une manière irrespectueuse, comme si cette situation était normale.
Attendre autant de temps pour une commande déjà payée est totalement inacceptable. Une entreprise sérieuse devrait respecter ses engagements et traiter ses clients avec respect.
Pour moi, c’est une très mauvaise expérience et je ne recommande pas d’acheter chez eux.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
