Very polite and personable and were very careful so as not to bump into anything when removing the old stove and bringing in the new one! Also, both Will and Nadia at the Emmaus store were very helpful . All reasons why we're longtime customers!

Also went to their customer service appreciation day which was advertised as free but then they charged me for ice cream and they did not have the food they advertised as well. We won't be going back here.
