I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Elite Media Installations was frustrating enough that I feel others should be warned. After an initial discussion about a home automation project, I was optimistic. The team seemed knowledgeable and engaged at first, but that quickly changed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly unprofessional to leave a potential client hanging, especially after taking the time to discuss project details and timelines.
