I visited at least 8 stores within 25 miles of our home. While running an unrelated errand I happen to see Albed Rug Company in Wayne. Bingo! Michelle, the first person to greet me in the store, was immediately warm, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I had with me, a few pictures of our living room, and I had in my car, a cushion from our sofa. Michelle saw color possibilities, and size possibilities, for a new rug that hadn't occurred to me. I took some pictures of her suggestions, and shared them with my husband later. He too liked her ideas. We returned and bought the perfect rug for our tastes, our room and for our budget. Michelle's calm, reassuring attitude was exactly what I needed to finally make my rug shopping experience joyful and successful.
