From getting an estimate to scheduling, completing the work, and cleaning up before leaving the job site, everything was handled as professionally as one could imagine. The second job needed to be done on short notice, and unfortunately the weather wasn’t cooperating. Even then, we were informed promptly about the need to reschedule and were given flexibility with new appointment options. While most companies require a deposit—especially when expensive materials are involved—Eric completed the job without one because we were returning customers. That gesture truly showed that our business was appreciated. We would be glad to work with them again and highly recommend their services.
- DODylan OrvellDec 22, 20255.0We were new to burning wood for primary heat, and our stove seemed to draft a little weaker and let out a bit of smoke when we were refilling it. They did a cleaning and a lot of creosote buildup came out of the stove pipe! Also they took apart the baffle and made sure that the tubes were clear. The difference is already noticeable after lighting a fire for 10 minutes, smoke doesn’t come out when opening the door! We also have peace of mind that our stove is operating safely now and doesn’t risk a fire. They accommodated me the next day because they had an opening. Very pleased with the service and will be returning for routine maintenance.
