  The team at Rapid Tree Care was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone! We needed a tree removed from a precarious position leaning on top of our garage, and the crew did such a good job. They were thorough, careful, and when the job was finished they cleaned up the driveway and left the whole work area totally spotless. Great fair pricing, amazing experience all around

  We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Rapid Tree Service. They did a great job removing dead branches and trimming our large Maple tree. They came to our home and gave us an estimate the same day we contacted them. They then scheduled the work within a few days and let us know when they would be arriving. They also let us know if any delay related to the weather. They cleaned up after completing the work. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors who need tree work done. 5 star rating!!

  Rapid Tree care was very communicative when scheduling even when their usual receptionist was out with an emergency, the guys did their best to help me schedule my fig tree removal at the back of my row home. They were able to remove the stump even without their stump grinder and removed all the debris via the alley in the back vs. taking everything through the house which was so much easier for us but definitely more work for them. They left my backyard cleaner than they found it and checked in afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service. The prices were fantastic especially for the service they provided.

  First let me say, when you see all five star reviews on Google for this business and then you check other sites and see all five star reviews, you wonder, can a company really be this good? Well let me tell you, Rapid Tree Care is really that good. I do not even know where to start. From the very first phone conversation, to coming out to my home to assess my needs, to scheduling and even rescheduling my appointment, Rapid Tree was on point. They went over in detail the work they would be doing and gave me a written quote of this work. Their communication is next level. From email, to phone calls to follow ups, they were available and transparent. On the day of the appointment they gave me an ETA and their arrival was within that window. As soon as they arrived they began working. A well oiled team of professionals moving and operating in unison to complete the task. Upon completion of the work I noticed a large branch hanging low in front of a window. I brought this to the lead workers attention and he quickly gathered his team even though they had packed up. He didn't even question anything I said. He acknowledged the branch, his men went up and within minutes it was gone. The clean up was exceptional. They actually left the rear of my home cleaner than it was before they arrived--free of leaves and debris. Before there were large branches overhanging my neighbors property. There were branches intertwined with wires in the easement of my home. Branches and leaves were causing an ongoing problem inside my gutters. All those problems were fixed after Rapid Tree Care finished their work. For the record, I got four estimates from four very reputable tree removal services. I am just here to tell you, save yourself the trouble and just call these guys and schedule your appointment. They check all the boxes: Fair price, insured, professional, punctual, excellent quality work, and thorough clean up. Thank you Caleb and your amazing team for the exceptional work performed at my home.
