  Our salesman was most helpful & very polite in pointing out & explaining the various mattresses and the differences between them. We felt absolutely no pressure from him. Then while we were paying, I learned that I had a daily limit on my card which I was not aware of. Sig was very kind in helping me figure out how I could handle this and still have the mattress delivered today. My husband & I were very pleased with our experience at Raymour & Flanigan.

  Rachel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kind, patient and not forceful for just another sale. She listened for what our needs were and didn't try to upsell us. We left confident in what we purchased and would come back for future purchases with her assistance.

  We stopped in after Ashley Furniture told me that couldn’t deliver the sofa I ordered due to not having any small trucks as we have a 10 ton weight limit on our road. Rachel gave us a wonderful shopping experience and assured us that Raymour&Flanigan has many size trucks and delivery will not be a problem! 🤞🏻

  Tony was so patient with us as we chose furniture for our new home, he was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Also, 10/10 adore the pictures of his pet cat Meatball that he showed us when we were concerned about our cats in the furniture. Its refreshing to interact with such engaged, personable staff

  It started to be very nice. She found a couch she recommended floor model. I loved it. It was 1650 happy with it. She told me about the third-party furniture remover. I asked how much does he take and she quoted 125 which is wrong so two things first one I get home I look at my receipt and it doesn’t say 1650+ change and white glove delivery it says like $3600. I had a call back. She made a mistake. She charged me regular price. I had a double check it to make sure yes it was charged on the account but then it was taken off then the correct amount for 1900 that includes all tax nonsense strike one is a little annoyed, but I said OK. We straightened it out so I took it upon myself this morning to call to see when my delivery would be because when I was there they would not sure of either this week or next week so when I called the girl was very nice and she confirmed it’s this Friday so I called the furniture remover guy to have my sofa removed on Thursday. Well it’s not 125. It’s between 175 and 225 that is a big difference. Why did she take it upon herself to quote if she didn’t know I wasted all these days I could’ve found another result for this sofa so now I’m stuck paying 175 to remove this couch 125 would’ve made me much more happier I would’ve given it to someone else so she was 100% wrong to quote that that’s all I have to say.
