    We were extremely pleased with the service we received from our sales associate(Joe) however,we had a large order and in that order was a table and chairs that was going to be discontinued while waiting for our order to be delivered...we explained we are moving and will have no where to put it ,they said no problem!The delivery person refused to put it together so they had to load it back on the truck put it together and deliver it 1 week later. The delivery people went to our old address didn't want to delivery to our new address because it was too far...Finally after we get the table they put it in the dining room snapped a picture and had us sign. When we went to push the chairs in the one chair started to wobble literally they just left....we look the screws cracked the frame of the one frame another chair is put in on an angle but not all the way!!!! Absolute rushed garbage!!!! Poor excuse for your furniture. I call the store and get Tyler he said he would call me back nothing! We stopped at the store spoke to Mike to look at something else and Mike asked "was I approved for a re-select" in the meantime no one called. We are going on 3 weeks now with no information. We called they said they are getting a new system can't even see what we bought . We never even received a follow-up call to see how our purchase was...we looked online to file a complaint with their home office.We are returning customers, this was the worst experience.

    Overall I would say that the sales associate was nice and professional. Prior to receiving the order I had cancelled the mattress order due to realizing that we got a queen and wanted a king instead. I was informed by the customer service employee over the phone that it would take approximately 14 days to get a refund. After 14 days I had called to see why I have not gotten my refund, I was then told that they had recently changed to a new payment system and was told they did not know how to give me a refund. I was told that they would follow up with me the same day once they figured out how to issue the refund. I never recieved a call and when I called back several days later, I was told that a “memo” was sent to issue a refund. When I asked what that meant I was told to check with my credit card company. My wife and I have purchased furniture from this company and have never had an issue with them in the past. I have returned certain items before as well with no issues.

    BOB ROTH-- that is all. Just kidding, I will add more because he deserves it!! Usually when you walk into a furniture store you feel pressured by staff, but Bob made us laugh the second we walked through the door. We just moved and really needed new furniture, so it was a daunting task. Bob was nothing short of amazing! He was supportive and didn't pressure us to buy at all. We walked away with everything we needed! Thank you BOB
