- JAJennifer ArmondJan 5, 20261.0I had gotten a refrigerator bottom freezer. At this point had it for about a year. The freeze broke maybe 6 months ago. I had spoke to the store many times and was told we going to fix it. Fast forward 6 months later nothing has been don’t and the freeze has broken even more. I think the stalling to not fix it is crazy. Something so simple is not a major issues for me. I call and get the run around each time. Left on hold and forgotten about. Just so upset in the way this is being handled. However they will blow your phone up if you miss a payment. All the care about is money not the product if there is an issues.

Tells me it’s required or I’m not getting my delivery. I tell her that the website and corporate says that it’s an option not a requirement. And that it sounds like her store is trying to do deceptive business practices. She hangs up on me. I immediately call back and the phone rings for maybe 5 mins before they pick up. I say I want a refund and I don’t want them coming to my house. She tells me she can’t give me one and I have to call the manager in the morning. Terrible place to do business with.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
