My sales guy Robert Peters has been great! Every one from the finance dept to the managers have been accommodating! Robert called and checked to make sure delivery went smooth helped me with changes to my order. Explained everything that need to be done and helped me make sure everything was what I wanted! If Raymour and Flanigan execs are reading this give him a raise!
Our experience was very nice and our Raymour representative was very attentive patient and understanding with our family.. I would recommend Raymour and Flanagan to everyone for their furniture needs.
I have an 85-year-old house that is weirdly laid out by today’s standards, so while I wanted my furniture to be comfortable and attractive, my main concern was that it fit the relatively small amount of space I have for it. Matthew Rispo, with whom I worked, was able to help me find pieces that looked great, were within my budget and will enable me to maximize my living room’s seating capacity.

Completely unprofessional delivery team. Gave attitude the whole time. Angry that they had to go up and down some steps. Was going outside to greet them upon arrival, but before I had the chance they were already driving away. After finally getting them to come back, I had to give one of the guys a house tour. I couldn’t understand what the problem was it was just a dresser.. Then to top it off, before getting the item off the truck the older guy takes a bottle of urine and throws it in our parking lot. Unbelievable!! They almost dropped and cracked it two or three times.. Totally not acceptable in any way. To be treated like this after paying so much for delivery service and them still expecting a further tip is outrageous. Never again-

After making 7 phone calls, being disconnected, hung up on, not being connected, I finally connected with a person. I was able to speak to a wonderful, professional, caring, kind gentleman in Tyson Washington. He has explained that he wasn’t the branch that had handled my order but he understood my frustration and would find someone to help. True to his word I received call back from a manager named Jamie S. who was very nice and hopefully helpful. I have not received the furniture yet but I am again hopeful things will work out. Tyson was so kind after my trying to get help. I just wanted to acknowledge how much I appreciated how kindly he treated me. He is a young man who should be looked at for a promotion, he certainly knows how to put customers at ease.
