  Huge selection of furniture! Several items really caught our eye. Our salesman was very polite and didn't hover over us while we browsed the entire store. He was right there when we had questions.

  The salesperson was very nice. The sofa & loveseat we purchased, is awful. It is the most uncomfortable sofa and loveseat, we have ever owned. The worst part is, a few weeks after we purchased this torture set, our daughter found the exact same sofa and loveseat we purchased for over half the price we paid. We paid almost $6500.00 for these two pieces of "furniture." Ashley had the exact same furniture for $1,600.00. Shame on us for not doing our research, although I was having major surgery the week after we purchased these torture devices, I just wanted something comfortable to recover on. That certainly is NOT what we got. We will know better in the future to avoid Raymour & Flanigan and their extremely overpriced furniture.

  If I could give this company one star I would Unbelievable service. I ordered my furniture and paid for it , had delivery set up and without even contacting me they cancelled the delivery because it wasn’t in stock Funny how it was in stock and all of a sudden no inventory They also delivered a 4 piece sectional without one of the pieces that is now out of stock. So much disorganization without any notice or explanation

  First off I don’t believe the 4.8 star rating. Impossible especially for a furniture company that sells mid to low grade furniture. Maybe they manipulate reviews? We have bought here over the years and it varies between satisfied to completely unsatisfied. Delivery people are fair to poor and I recommend you go over every part of your order before signing. Do not sign anything or allow them to leave damaged furniture with the promise they will make it right. The delivery guys could care less as long as they don’t have to bring it back. They overload their trucks and frequently damage the furniture. They do honor the warranty and have slight better service people. I paid for new not new but slightly damaged. Believe me there are no discounts. The woman who works the desk, not sales, is combative and rude. Its like buying from a big box store. We stopped buying appliances from Home Depot for all of the reasons above. And we couldn’t be happier with the local mom and pop appliance store. Our next furniture purchase will be at a local mom and pop furniture store. R&F Management no need to respond with your canned responses. I am sure there is nothing in this review you haven’t heard before.
