- GJguy jefferySep 25, 20251.0Don't know what steps to take next. I purchased an 86" tv about a year ago. Unfortunately things happen and it fell and the screen cracked. I contacted the store right away cause i have protection +. They said they would lower the monthly payments and find me a replacement tv. Thankful they were going to help, that was not the case. Weeks later I reached back out and could not get trough to them. No one answers the phone so I reached out to the 1800 number who helped me talk to them. I was told they are looking for a tv for me. They never personally communicated anything with me other then myself receiving emails telling me I was delinquent and they would be taking the property back. Its been a couple months now and no communication or help from them everytime I reach out I have to contact the 1800 number and when I finally get connected with someone they make me feel like I'm bothering them. All I would like is a resolution and the help on getting me a new TV and completing my contract.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
