  Adam was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we started shopping, he was attentive and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions, showed us multiple options, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. His accommodating nature and attention to detail made such a difference. We purchased two beautiful dining tables thanks to his excellent guidance.   Worst follow up customer service. I received furniture that was flawed upon arrival. Submitted claims for service and a year later my furniture hasn’t been fixed. The one occasion when a tech worker finally showed up, the furniture was left in worse condition. When I call to submit a complaint, I’m given false information. Associates pretend to be managers or place me on hold and never return to the phone.

  I'm sorry too see this store location close (as of this post, they haven't closed) because I'm a frequent shopper at this store. Right now, they are having a 65% off sale on the entire store. Hubby and I came in looking to purchase a mattress and we were helped by Hugo. He was pleasant when explaining all the closing deals and said he would leave us be to continue browsing. We were happy with his assistance.

  The first sales associate that I encountered when I walked into the store passed me over to another. The second salesperson, Mr Scot was super helpful, listened to what I needed to furnish my house, and even stayed past the closing time to ensure everything was processed. I purchased living room couch and sectional, a 4 seater kitchen table and an area carpet. Because of Scot, I plan to return soon to furnish one of bedrooms. Thanks again!
