Called all day between phone and virtual assistance after he never showed. I ordered my couch specifically from Raymore and Flanagan in hopes that they were a reputable company and I would have a good experience with my sofa and delivery. You spend almost $2000 on a sofa, you expect that comes with some sort of customer service care. You pay the extra money for added protection insurance and extra customer service that you never get. To think I was about to spend almost $6000 on a Beauty rest bed set up from this place is crazy. I gave them every chance to try and make this right. At this point, I’m going to cancel the delivery on the sofa and go somewhere else. I suggest you don’t even bother. Do better Raymour and Flanigan! Oh, and I was told that the reason they can’t assist me at the store is because I ended up purchasing it online because I couldn’t take off work another day to go buy it at the store. If I took off work every time I wanted to go to the store to go buy something I wouldn’t be buying anything from the stores anymore. So because I bought it online, I got told they can’t help me

I purchased two pieces of furniture and I wasn’t even 100% convinced about buying but Vangel helped me make the decisions I needed to make. He sold me on the protection warranty and I left feeling secure that I made the right move by coming here to R&F. If you’re looking for someone to help you in your furniture endeavors, Vangel is your guy!
