La peor experiencia de compra compré un set de sofá que me costó $4400 dólares y en la primera entrega me llegó rota una de las piezas trataron de cambiarla y las tres veces llegaron en el mismo estado roto , trate de alguna manera de hablar con ellos y de llegar a un acuerdo pedí el reembolso de mi dinero y nunca me lo devolvieron prometieron mandarme un set en buen estado y nunca pasó , llegué a un extremo de estrés y enojo estaba embarazada y nació mi bebé y nunca me lo arreglaron si alguien puede darme un consejo que puedo hacer en este caso nadie se quiere hacer responsable de darme una solución hablé con ellos gerente y aceptaron cambiarme el set pero al parecer todos los muebles que ellos trataron de venderme está en mal estado , llamé a la policía no e podido disfrutar a mi bebé tuve yo que salir a hablar con ellos para una solución y lo último que me dijeron es ya no va ver cambio de nada simplemente mete al seguro y no te frustres más lo que más me tiene enojada fue como ellos vinieron ay sacaron el set afuera y lo tiraron afuera , el otro set que se supone que era nuevo estaba rota no me dieron otra opción más que aceptar devuelta el que tiraron afuera , si alguien a tenido o vivido un experiencia así tan horrible déjeme su opinión que puedo hacer es estos casos llamo a servicio al cliente y no me ayudan LA PEOR DECISION DE COMPRA QUE E TOMADO EL SEÑOR POOL UN MENTIROSO PROMETIÓ MANDARME UN SET EN BUEN ESTADO SI NO ELLOS ME DEVOLVÍAN MI DINERO Y LO NEGÓ TODO ANTE SU GERENTE UNA PORQUERÍA DE EMPRESA ELLOS SOLO PIENSAN EN SU BIENESTAR Y NO EN LA DEL CLIENTE.

Horrible customer service. Had me on hold 2 separate times each for an 1hr 30 mins before I hung up to try calling back. Finally at 2:30 I get told my delivery isn’t coming when I was emailed this morning at 7:30am saying they were on the way between 8-10:15am arrival. Took off of work to get this couch today. Called all day between phone and virtual assistance after he never showed. I ordered my couch specifically from Raymore and Flanagan in hopes that they were a reputable company and I would have a good experience with my sofa and delivery. You spend almost $2000 on a sofa, you expect that comes with some sort of customer service care. You pay the extra money for added protection insurance and extra customer service that you never get. To think I was about to spend almost $6000 on a Beauty rest bed set up from this place is crazy. I gave them every chance to try and make this right. At this point, I’m going to cancel the delivery on the sofa and go somewhere else. I suggest you don’t even bother. Do better Raymour and Flanigan!
Oh, and I was told that the reason they can’t assist me at the store is because I ended up purchasing it online because I couldn’t take off work another day to go buy it at the store. If I took off work every time I wanted to go to the store to go buy something I wouldn’t be buying anything from the stores anymore. So because I bought it online, I got told they can’t help me

Vangel was great with his customer service. Everywhere I went he was there to answer all my concerns and questions. I purchased two pieces of furniture and I wasn’t even 100% convinced about buying but Vangel helped me make the decisions I needed to make. He sold me on the protection warranty and I left feeling secure that I made the right move by coming here to R&F.
